This hotel is near central station, close to everything and good walking distance to shops, restuarants, walking distance to coffee shops, trams, train station and bus stops. Also download bolt or uber for reasonable taxis. Very bolt very useful especially when going out of central station to see ajax stadium or visiting artis zoo. Highly reccommend the zoo it was amazing.

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was a little soft for my sore back but it was a decent hotel and if going again id deffo stay again. It caters for breakfast and not lunch or dinners but you can order off places or bring food back to hotel. Can highly reccommend this hotel as i really liked it.

The hotel had a fantastic location within walking distance of downtown Amsterdam. The location had roadway access such that we were dropped off and picked up right directly in front of the hotel. This was one of the few hotel rooms in downtown Amsterdam that provided a triple room for the three of us. The front desk staff were amazing.

It would have been helpful to have some bathroom hooks or shelves. Also there wasn't much in the way of towel racks. It turns out that we received excellent cleaning service daily so this wasn't as much of an issue. Our breakfast was good but it was almost impossible to communicate with the staff in English.

Very close to a number of attractions and also transport connections, metro and tram. An interesting area for walking in the evening with cafes, restaurants and canals to add to the scenery. Very helpful staff at the front desk. 10 minutes walk to central station to get to the airport.

It was a lovely little hotel, we booked a room with 3 beds for the family. It was very spacious and clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities were offered in the room which was a bonus. There was also a safe and a hairdryer. The bathroom was very clean and a very nice modern room with walk in shower. Toiletries were also available.

The hotel is about 10min walking from the train station. It was easy to find and the reception staff was nice. If you are looking for an elevator, they have one. The room was not big but it was comfortable. It had a safe, a kettle, coffee, and a hairdryer. The bathroom was ample and we had enough towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were on the soft side. I guess that depends too and how you like your pillows. There is a bar downstairs and it was noisy the night we arrived, but the rest of the nights it was quiet. The neighborhood is okay, felt safe for walking late at night. It was like most of what we saw in Amsterdam; a lot of garbage out of the cans and trash on the street.

The luggage storage system needs significant improvement. Luggage was placed in the lobby area, blocking pathways to the elevator and creating congestion. This may have been due to the hotel being fully booked with early arrivals, but proper luggage storage facilities should be available regardless.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to families traveling with children. Room: We booked a large family room which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was simple but good and very nice service. Possibility to book breakfast day to day.. We got 3 beds for adults in one room like we asked for.. really great

The location was ideal. It was really close to Amsterdam Central Station. The room was comfortable. There were plugs for charging my phone. The staff were friendly. The following morning, I was within walking distance of the “This is Holland” building, where I had to go for a trip I booked.

The accommodation was expensive, but there were no cheap accommodation options in the location I wanted, and this option was one of the cheapest options on the day. I was unable to avail of breakfast due to the room being full. I had a trip to the flower festival and was unable to wait for space to become available. Luckily I didn’t pay for it in advance.

The breakfast is very simple coffee, bread and egg and 2 kinds of juice. Location is ideal, very close to the center , they gave us 2 bottled water and 1 small bottle of prosecco as extra and a little m&ms chocolate .

In the website of booking.com it says it has parking. But the property has no parking , they have a parking partner that you need to pay €45 for 24 hrs this is not stated in the website. It is also not stated in the website that the property has ongoing renovation.
