Beautiful clean apartment near the train station. There were lots of amenities provided in the apartment. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It is also super useful that they allow you to store luggage before and after check out to make it easier to walk around the city

Location - brilliant, a couple of minutes walk from Amsterdam central and the red light district. Room - good size, clean, everything you need from a practicality standpoint and provided enough privacy for two couples. Staff - very friendly and helpful

The host was a very nice and man 12 out of 10 (((Kieron )))he went out of his way for us made us feel really welcome and no stress all the staff were wonderful to us and specially kieron what ah nice guy ❤️❤️❤️and so happy and towards us Had later check out and let us leave you bag in very sercure locker room with tags so we could head of and enjoy our last day in Amsterdam then to come back and get them as we had later flights at 7 in even I can honestly say it was one of the best places I stayed in Amsterdam and I have been to Amsterdam over 10 times we will definitely be back again soon and what a spot 2 minutes from big shopping centre and 4 minutes from Amsterdam central very easy to find very easy to central station 12 out of /10

Property had ever it was as good as new great beds 2 doubles and double couch bed all very comfortable Brand new kitchen with everything even down to packs of cleaning and wash machine tabs can not fault it in any way ❤️❤️❤️ Kieron your such a nice and friendly and welcoming guy until the next time wish well you made my birthday so special and my trip with my family so special thank you 🤩 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of the apartment was perfect. Just a five minute walk from the Amsterdam Centraal train station. The reception staff was wonnderful and the apartment was clean and welcoming. The staff also tried to accommodate us in all the requests we made during our stay

In our apartment, the air conditioning only existed in the living room and not in any of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, that was not something that was stated clearly during the booking process and if it were, we might have opted for another apartment in the same complex. In addition, some of the cabinets in the kitchen are built awkwardly, preventing easy opening of the fridge.

Convenient. The room is functional. There is a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The utensils and machines are not old. There is no cleaning service, which is OK, no disturbance.

The only thing is that you need to go to the counter to get the supplements. I stayed for 4 nights. On the second day, I asked one of the receptionists, he only gave me one set of supplements (toilet tissue and rubbish bag). On the third and fourth days, I asked another receptionist, she could meet my needs. The sofa bed is very soft, my son felt low back pain.

The premise was clean, modern and infused with a wonderful blend of perfume - which I was dying to find out and that the front desk declined to divulge further information on :) The apartment was equally clean and modern. We enjoyed cooking in the fullly equipped kitchen, and all the facilities were top-notch.

The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night - most probably triggered by someone smoking in the premise. There was no follow-up call from frontdesk to explain the alarm and we had to go down to find out it was a false alarm. Since this happened at 3 in the morning, it woke us up in a state of confusion and caused a little stress

Location: We were able to attend mass at St Nicholas Church and was celebrating the start of the Anniversary of the 750 years of history etc. Near Anne Frank House. Room: Not much as bed in one room occupies the whole room and it's hard to get out. Breakfast: no breakfast.

The bed that occupied the whole room which is there's only one exit out of bed. Washer and Dryer can dry for 5 or more hours, that uses too much electricity. Stove top: when one burner heats up the other one heats up too and stops.

Had a really warm welcome from Kieran (hope I spelt that right) on arrival, the room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Very spacious big windows was the perfect place to be whilst staying in Amsterdam. Working Ovens, Fridge, dishwasher. All very modern and literally 4 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal train station.

It would be good if the room charge was included in the price so there isn’t an additional charge when paying at the end, they do mention this to be fair but I had completely forgotten about it

These apartments are in a great position if you are coming by train. We had a great view of the river which looked beautiful at night. They have a 24hr reception which is helpful when you are getting there at a time out of usual business hours. Thankfully they also have a lift. Loved having a washing machine/drier at our disposal.

These points are minor….Knowledge about local restaurants from staff was ok but limited. I also felt our apartment size did not warrant a 4 seater table and chairs that were inconveniently placed for entry to the bathroom. Ideally I would have liked more storage places in the bathroom too.
