Great location next to the metro. Very convenient and easy to use. Doesn't take long to get to where you need to go. The Heineken Experience which was across town from us was only four stops away (10 minutes). From there the Rijks and Van Gogh Museums were a short walk away. The hotel is very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great although a bit pricey. There is parking which we used and it was convenient. Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet is a little pricey, however, it was great and had lots of choices. We did make sure to get our money's worth.

We were upgraded to the much bigger room. Beds were comfortable. There is iron in the room, which very helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect: Metro is 2 minutes work, and then in 10 minutes you can get to the city center. Also there are a lot of cafes around, especially for breakfast (we did not take the breakfast in the hotel) Floor to ceiling windows are perfect, but would be nice to have them cleaned.

Great location, 1 minute walk from the metro station that goes to central in 5 minutes. Good and varied breakfast, clean and good sized rooms. Lovely bathroom with rain shower. Friendly staff especially at the restaurant

The soundproofing between rooms and floors leaves something to be desired. Not bad, but could be better. The square pillows are not for everyone, especially if you turn while sleeping

The location is excellent. The hotel is adjacent to the metro 52 which is easy to use and connects with all other stations in the city.

The location is good and convenient, just 5 mins metro from central station. The bed and pillows is comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and modern. There is various choice of food in the buffet breakfast, don't miss it

After 8 pm, most of the nearby stores and restaurants close. The hotel didn't provide dinner service. Fortunately, there is a food court next to the hotel that the last order at 9pm. Also, a supermarket that is 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the hotel closes at 10pm

It’s a 5-10min metro ride from central station, and only a 2min walk from the metro stop when you get off. Great local area, restaurants are cheaper than in the centre, a local shopping centre & supermarket is only a 5min walk from the hotel & there’s even a coffee shop 15-20min walk away. Extremely comfortable rooms & great bathroom - shower is hot & powerful! Windows open (safety latch) but allows the room to be warm or naturally cool - air con works really well too. Comfiest beds & pillows in Amsterdam for sure. Perfect for couples or for exploring the outer ring of Amsterdam.

Limited storage space for clothes, a divider in the wardrobe would have helped.

It’s so close to the Noord station and really good facilities, worth every pennies.

The pillows too big compared for the beds and the bathroom need curtains or bigger screen otherwise water everywhere.

2 min walk from Noord Station. You can reach Dam Square in 10 min. The hotel seems newly renovated so everything was new, neat and clean. The area itself is very peaceful for a morning/evening stroll. There was an issue due to which water supply was shut when we checked in at 2:30 PM. The staff gave us access to a room in the adjacent hotel where water was coming. So, all good.

Nothing really a dislike. FYI a bit far from the airport. 25 min distance from the airport and airport taxi will cost Euro 90. On the way back, we booked an Uber that costed Euro 60. The property is lovely though.

The Customer service: Staff were EXCEPTIONAL in every service area: reception, restaurant & housekeeping. Keith at reception exceptionally professional, humourous & helpful. Everyone was so helpful & in a very intuitive not overbearing way. The Food: 100% recommend including the buffet breakfast as it was outstanding value & choice. Fresh peppermint, fresh slices of ginger for teas. Assortments of juices & hot beverages and plant based milk. Pancakes, waffles, bacon,sausage, eggs, smoked salmon, cold cuts, every type of cheese, bread fruit, salads, spreads, croissants, muffins, cereals - you name it. My goodness - SCRUMPTIOUS! The location: 5 stars. A minute walk from the Metro & 10 minutes (maybe less) into Centraal. Also a very short trip from Centraal takes you directly to Schipol Airport. Outside of the hotel is a well stocked supermarket & a superb Vegan restaurant. I plan to stay at this hotel again & again. The room: Deliciously comfortable beds, quiet & very clean rooms with huge floor to ceiling glass windows which actually open out, allowing fresh air and plenty of natural light. And the room smelled GORGEOUS. A most refreshing, natural scent subtly enveloped the room creating such a calming environment. Room facilities: Tea & coffee making facilities & mini fridge were a welcome addition. Full ironing board & iron were a surprise to see & much appreciated. Technology: USB ports throughout the room and strong wi fi in all areas of the hotel Bathroom: Spacious wet room style & very clean. Double shower heads: one a 'waterfall' style & the other handheld. Full size bottles of bodywash & shampoo were also provided.

Lack of telephone in the room & restaurant not open for lunch or dinner.

The hotel is really good, room was very very clean and, even though we didn't have many requests (ability to open the window), the staff helped us without hesitation. We were hoping to be able to checkin before 3PM but unfortunately that wasn't the case, but we were aware of this prior to our arrival.

It's quite secluded I have to say, it's just a 2 station subway ride from to the central station but even so, it seems like it's another world, being on the other side of the canal.
