The room was more spacious than the average hotel rooms in Amsterdam and equipped with a fridge with a few soda cans included in the price of the room, a coffee machine, a small wardrobe and a desk. The location was also very good, quite close to the city centre. Breakfast would have been a bit pricey but there was the option to not have breakfast and you could still take coffee or tea from the breakfast room and sit at the tables outside to enjoy your own food. Overall it was good value for the price.
The double beds were two twin beds put close to one another but if you moved them apart the floor underneath was terribly dusty. Also, the beds were quite uncomfortable, very soft and not flat.

Excellent hotel, stay and tourist trip. Perfect location, between Amsterdam Zuid train station (Amsterdam South) and Museumplein (Museum Square) - Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, in a very safe and quiet area and a few minutes walk from them. From Amsterdam Zuid train station you can get to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport most easily and quickly by train (and vice versa, of course). Everything has quick and pleasant connections: Schiphol Airport - train to Amsterdam Zuid train station - tram to Hotel Muse. The hotel staff is exceptional: excellently professional and in attitude, very polite and friendly. Flavio and Ming are very kind and helpful! I would like to specially mention Flavio, with whom I spoke the most, a gentleman with a lot of international experience in the hotel industry. He is indeed impeccably educated professionally and morally, speaks several foreign languages, has a great life experience, and is always ready to explain anything to you and talk to you. He is an intelligent and open-minded person, being very helpful. Check-in and check-out very fast and without problems. I had a room with its own balcony (it is separated from the other balcony, of the next room, by some large plant pots), with garden furniture (table and two chairs). The view is towards the backyard, offering privacy. Also, being the highest balcony, on the third floor, it had no roof over it (but I was lucky with very sunny weather, over 30 degrees Celsius, and it didn't rain, so it was perfect). The room was excellent, being fully equipped with everything you need, all the amenities being of quality and perfectly functional. Very clean, very comfortable and extremely quiet. Coffee is free non-stop, from the dining area. I didn't eat at the hotel, because I devoted all my time to visiting the museums and other tourist attractions (many!) in Amsterdam. Overall, it is a very nice hotel, very safe, very clean, very quiet, excellent location, with perfect transport links. Thank you!

Room was smaller than we anticipated but was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Shower was small so I think you would struggle if you are a bit on the large side! Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold, plenty of everything. Coffee machine a bit slow! Staff very helpful and continually topping everything up. You could help yourself to teas and coffee whenever you like and take them to your room. Hotel in very good quiet location for the museums bit of a walk to the centre of town but an interesting walk and all flat. Very good patisseries and restaurants very close by as well as a great supermarket.
The balcony was bit tired, rusty table with dirty ashtray, very dusty plastic plants and the planters had a lot of old cigarette ends in them.

Location: Excellent central location! 20-25 minute tram ride from Central station but very close to one of the stops. 10 minute walk from the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum area. Close to Pijp area! Lots of great restaurants and bakeries near by. Staff: Incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave great recs and advice. Additionally, let us leave our bags there before check-in and even took them up to our room when our room was ready! Room: HAD AN ACTUAL KING BED! Not just 2 twins pushed together. A little small and cramped but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Free wifi. Good A/C unit. Amenities: Free coffee and tea after 12, which was a nice touch! We did not utilize the breakfast buffet- it was $17 per person and consisted of breads, eggs, and coffee/tea that felt a little expensive.
1 elevator for hotel! Steep stairs which is very standard for Amsterdam. Potentially a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

The location - it’s close to Museum square and also it’s easy to get from/to Airport, literally you just need to take a bus, which is cheaper many times than taxi and time to destination will be approximately the same. I’m enjoyed the common kitchen and terrace. Kat named Bella, is a local security. And of course, I’m glad that I met there two good guys, who are working there - Tycho and Oleksandr. My appreciation to you guys
I can’t say here a lot, as mostly I’m enjoyed the stay. Maybe only if rooms could be a bit bigger, that will be a plus

The hotel has a convenient location—not right in the tourist center, but also not far from it, in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need: a hairdryer, a minibar (with water and soft drinks), a desk, and a capsule coffee machine with a replenished supply of capsules. The room is cleaned daily, always neat and tidy. The hotel also has a garden where you can sit, have breakfast, or enjoy a coffee. Additionally, it is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by bus 397.
The pillows are not comfortable for sleeping.

Hotel directions were 100% and easy to get to from the airport by catching train direct to city center and then a short tram to within 100m of the hotel. Our flight was delayed and we only got to the hotel just before midnight, but we were assured by reception that (although on the site it stated that reception was only available until 23h00) reception was open 24hrs even out of season. It was dark and raining when we arrived, but it was a short walk from the tram stop to the front door and we were welcomed into an inviting and cosy hotel which smelled fresh and clean with constant fragrance coming from a humidifier in the reception area. The room was small but comfortable and very clean and the mini coffee station and mini fridge with free water and cool drinks and mini kit kats were a pleasant surprise. The next morning we discovered a very nice pastry and coffee shop just down the road!

The receptionists were exceptionally friendly. They made us feel welcome and at home. We like seeing the car too. The Rituals soap, shampoo and lotion are a big plus and added value to the stay. The bed is very comfortable.
The room is a bit small but it seems to be the case for other hotels of the same price range in Amsterdam. There is not enough space to put your things on the table. Only one of the chairs has seat back and the hot water was not stable. The stand up shower place is too small and I can't imagine how a bigger guy could fit in.

The location is great as a museum lover! It was about a fifteen minute walk to the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum. There are quite a few cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and the hotel is conveniently located near an Albert heijn supermarket. There are also trams and the metro within walking distance to get to Centraal Station. The room was comfortable albeit a bit on the smaller side and the staff was professional. Last but not least there was an adorable cat on the property!
My only complaint was the slow WiFi.

Everything is in very good condition. The room is small but perfect if you’re traveling solo, comfortable bed, everything is very clean. The air conditioning works well, it goes off once you leave because you need to insert your room key to power on the room, but it can cool down very fast. The bathroom is tiny but new, shower with a door, good water pressure and temperature control. Great location, the museumkwartier is close to everything but it’s cleaner, quieter and more upscale than the city center.
The only thing that could be improved is that there’s no electric kettle, only a coffee machine, but that’s just because I love my tea 🫖
