In the perfect location with great views. Stunning reception area. Lovely comfortable bed and amazing breakfast.
Room was very warm and adjusting the aircon didn’t help. Had to have windows wide open to cool it down. Also, nowhere to put cases as not the biggest room.

Excellent location, walking distance from Van Gogh museum, Heineken ecperience, city centre. Safe and clean location... Exceptionally professional staff, always smiling and willing to help. Nice breakfast with a la carte menu as well, at no extra cost. The view from our room was one of a kind...
Some facilities were located elsewhere (such as gym) and the massage could only be offered at the hotel room and not as a couples massage (at the same time).

Loved the location and the room was more spacious than a typical room Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious too
Noise from the street - especially late at night was an annoyance. But really not the fault of the property - a function of the location and badly behaved tourists ! Only complaint is that the lobby and hallways often had a bad odor, like a bad sewer - usually in late afternoon and evening hours - not sure what it was due to. But it did not permeate the room itself

Location is the best The doormen working the hotel’s door are decent.
Am not sure if this is the culture. But if I ask for extra sugar in the room they will give like one or two sachets !!! Housekeeping cleaning standards are low, I blew dried my hair and I had a couple of hairs on the dresser and they were still there after the alleged cleaning !! They didn’t change dirty towels except when asked. They clean the rooms around 2-3 pm !! When we asked for one hour late check out they asked for 18 euros and they had the capacity to accommodate us, in any other hotel you can have an hour if you ask nicely.
