⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Stay, Thanks to Annemarie!** NH Collection Flower Market delivered an amazing experience! The hotel is stylish, rooms are chic and comfortable, and the location near the Flower Market is ideal. What truly stood out was the staff—especially Annemarie. When my parcel delivery went awry, she took charge, tracked it down, and solved everything with grace and efficiency. Her kindness and professionalism blew me away! Highly recommend this gem—especially for its warm, guest-focused team. Will return without hesitation.

The location is perfect. Both for tourists and business people. Most of the main streets and places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. Very comfortable and discreet lobbies at the hotel if you need to do a meeting. In general, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. Upon checking in, a lady knocks at your door and gives you a welcome card and gift chocolate.

I had a suite for 2 guests. To my surprise, it was on the 2nd floor and not on top floors and the windows faced the very much alive street so the whole week I lived with curtains shut. That's not a big deal but the most annoying thing was that above my room there must have been a restaurant or something public so from 7-8 am and till late night I heard moving chairs quite loudly and in general the room is not really soundproof and you can easily hear your neighbours. Hopefully, it was solvable with earplugs but my guess is that this entire floor used to be some kind of technical space where after all they decided to build rooms. The internet speed was so slow and even with purchased WiFi the situation didn't change much.

It was our first time in Amsterdam and it was amazing! The flower hotel made it so special and memorable, we can’t wait to come and stay again! The hotel was really central and had beautiful decor. The rooms were modern and clean. The bed was huge and soo comfortable. The curtains were completely black out. It felt very luxurious! The staff were really lovely. I would like to give a special shout out to Britt. She was really kind and helpful to us whenever we had any questions, I feel so thankful for her kindness. The burger and cocktail bar was a huge bonus. We went there several times during our 3 night stay . We had one of the best burgers of our lives there, and the cocktails were sooo yummy. If you choose not to get your room cleaned each day, the hotel gives you a voucher to get a free beer or wine from this bar. Really nice bonus! One of the staff members, Arvid, was also really kind and funny. We stayed behind for drinks and he spoke to us for a while and really made us laugh. It felt like speaking with a friend. I feel so grateful for the trip we had, and the kind people who made it memorable. We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed in 3 other hotels in Amsterdam during my previous visits but i find NH Collection Flower Market to be most ideal in terms of location and value. The property has the best possible location for me. It’s near the central area and accessible to the many places of interests shops, restaurants and museums. The rooms are spacious enough for European standards, they are very clean and comfortable. The service from the reception to housekeeping is very warm and friendly. I appreciate the small touches of hospitality that the hotel has provided, like the water, fruits and candy at the reception. The hotel is great for families with kids as well.

There is no driveway at the property. You always get dropped off at the corner or the bridge nearby. It ca be inconvenient especially if you have luggages with you.

The location is perfect, and the friendly staff, they are very helpful and considerate.. i highly recommend having a burger at the burger place located at the ground floor of the hotel

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable.. I would enjoy it more if the mattress was softer and pillows less lumpy.. there was a laundry incident, the laundry company lost a button of my blazer which was brand new and they refused to help, and their pressing service was so bad.. but the hotel was kind enough to compensate me by clearing my laundry bill.. but I advice you not to use the laundry service unless they change the company they deal with.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to the centre that you could casually walk to the main attractions, 10-15 minutes stroll to the Dungeons, 20 minutes to the Amsterdam Central Station. Trams are all over the place so no issues if you don't want to walk either. Bar in the hotel was nice, and the staff were really pleasant. I didnt hear any street noise during our whole stay either which was great. Excellent shower in the room and very clean.

I asked for a King double bed when booking, but when i arrived which was just on check in time i was advised that there was none available. only singles. I was travelling with my wife so not so good. the only way for me to get a double bed was to upgrade my stay by a further £20/night which I wasn't too happy about. Staff weren't too accommodating here. The rooms are a bit tight, not much space around the bed in the room we were in on the top floor

Our stay at NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the BEST location – right in the heart of the city, with everything you need just a short walk away. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We loved how everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel itself was wonderful – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Amsterdam. If you're looking for a hotel with a prime location, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent breakfast, room facilities and design. Great flower market nearby where you can but fresh flowers. Location is good, you can take a walk from the railway station (around 15-20 minutes) or take a tram.

We were asked to sign the same form twice - when we left our bags on arrival (before the check-in) and during the actual check-in. Seemed like one of the employees was unsure whether they should ask for it or not and decided to double-check. The room overviewing the city was totally worth it, so opt for an upgrade if possible.

Hotel is beautiful, location perfect, staff so pleasant. Clean, tidy, beautiful decor & exceptional breakfast.

Sadly, we requested double bed & was given two signal beds. This was most disappointing, especially as we’ve a 3 year old toddler at home.. this trip was our first away from him. Just the two of us & enjoying a double bed to our selves (no toddler in between us) was key to our stay. Other than this, hotel was faultless. I did add a double bed was essential when booking. We did feel a little short changed also, having paid for a superior

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and the hotel was able to accommodate our early arrival request. The room was well proportioned and equipped and the beds exceedingly comfy. We had a room with an inside courtyard view which was very quiet. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice given the international clientele. The attached bar & Grill was quite handy and a good place to sit and watch the world go by with a cold beer and the best fries in the world! The hotel location was absolute perfect as a base for exploring Amsterdam on foot.
