Well stocked tourist cabin. Had bunk beds for 4 people and a double bed. Would be perfect for a group to book. Nice and close to the ablution block, with a kitchen/dining room, BBQ area, bathrooms, and laundry. Great facilities, friendly welcoming atmosphere and smiley staff. Loved it

The "6min" shower (which took a while to heat up so basically a 5min shower). Just long enough to shampoo and condition my hair, wash my face and soap my body, then the water turns off. You're apparently meant to have no hot water for the next 3mins until you can rinse off all your soapy areas...mine wouldn't do hot water afterwards at all...tried several times so in the end I had to cold water and flannel the soap off. I recommend if you're going to wash your hair, don't attempt to wash your body lol. Have a second shower in a different stall for that haha.

TOTALLY BRILLIANT!!! Bed's - very comfy/clean, bathroom ls clean/tidy, grounds and all facilities are very well maintained, The team were extremely accommodating, i simply can not rate there professionalism, along with there realistic understanding with complicated family situations high enough, will i book here again....DAMM STRAIGHT YES! Would i recommend them to family & friends.... Absolutely 💯% hands down without a doubt. Thanks so much guys, you totally deserve all the raving reviews and a flourishing business! I made a suggestion of handle being added to small child trike so adults could hire to push wee ones (1-3yr age) around, simply posting so hopefully its remembered and looked into because it would be so useful.

We were traveling a large family we were able to get a few cabins at a very very reasonable price and got a little more space that was great. The children were well entertained and was lots to do and choose from I did not have many coins so games room was not as well used as it could have been. The pool and playground was fantastic. Hospital shuttle made all the difference and helped finish our trip with no stress and again very reasonable rates. Thank you for helping our last night in Christchurch be relaxed and spacious. Smiles in and around the playground and sending us off with happy hearts a little laughter.

Showers room and property outside was clean tidy and everyone was friendly

We had great communication from the Park. We were arriving on the Tranzalpine which arrived after the closure of the office. Arrangements were put in place so we could access the locked box containing our room key and a map to find our cabin. The pool was heated so the kids had just enough time to use it before the 9pm closure. There's a jumping pillow, games room (we didn't use it though so can't comment) and swings etc. There is a shuttle bus service they provide for a few dollars to go to the airport We asked if they could take us to the Antarctic Centre near the airport instead so we could kill some time before our flight. They were more than accommodating. We (family of 5) got driven in 2 cars with 5 X luggage to the place. Afterwards it was only a 5 minute walk to the airport from there. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend.

First flight could be heard from after 6 am, but hey you're there so you're close to the airport right?

They have everything! Lots of space, not cramped like some RV/combo parks. Loved the jumping pillow, great showers and excellent price for the number of beds. Staff were very good communicators, helpful, and showed classic New Zealand kindness from start to finish. Will gladly stay again!

Earplugs may be needed. It's not their fault but some blokes were driving dumb loud cars by late at night. Muscle cars suck and show a childish need for attention. Sorry you have them now, Christchurch!

Friendly welcoming helpful staff, had a flat battery after a long flight traveling with grandchildren, went to reception lovely reception lady helped finding a battery pack as parked wrong way, owner & maintenance man & happy camper came to my rescue nothing was a problem. Clean facilities, great park for children, also dog friendly, perfect location petrol station & Burger King upon entree, airport 6 minutes & Northland's mall 10 minutes, great for people that don't like driving in the city. Definitely will be back 🙂

What a great stay. We booked here for our stopover moving from the south island to the north because we had stayed here before, and they were marvelous and because they allow you to have your dogs there. Last time we stayed in a cabin with one puppy. This time we had 3 dogs, so we booked a unit. It was wonderful. Well set out and comfortable. 30 seconds from the garage on the way out of town and just an all in all great experience. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

The staff were really friendly and personable. The room was well presented and clean. They were able to arrange a taxi for us to the airport the following morning as well. Showers & kitchen were very clean too.

There was a lot of work being done and it was a bit messy near the pool/ play area. The shower had a time limit of 6 mins and took 1-2 to heat up, which felt very rushed!!

The location beside the airport was ideal as we arrived late in the evening and couldn’t collect our camper until the following morning. We stayed in the backpacker bungalow which was small but perfect for our needs. The staff were extremely friendly and even dropped us to our camper rental place complimentary wheb we checked out. We thought this was a nice touch.

When we initially opened the door of room there was a musty smell - we had to leave door open for a while to air it out.

The park is fabulous if you travel with kids... playground, trampoline, pool are great fun. The cabins are cosy and bathrooms/ kitchen well looked after. The staff is lovely and VERY helpful! A BIG Thanks for everything! Also lovely lakes just around the corner, worth a walk to see the sunset with its magical colors!

Obviously the location is not central, but close to the airport and thanks to the shuttle service very convenient also for people without a car. If you want to see the city centre, obviously a car is useful. I was surprised that the planes didn't bother us at all, even though the airport is close by.
