We have stayed here before and it will always be our "go to" for Invercargill. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The choice of places to dine/drink within the hotel are great (we tried them all!). The staff in 360 (we are terrible with names) were absolutely fabulous. We had a few meals at each of the hotel restaurants (Meld, 360, Brew'd and 2 Doors Down) and they were all very very good. Cocktails at 360 are worth trying. The rooms were very clean and comfy. They put an extra bed (and it was a bed - not a cot) in my parents room to make them more comfy (at no charge).

Great hotel right in the heart of Invercargill. the room was large and clean. We had a hire car and there was no issue self parking it in the secure carpark at the hotel. The bathroom was large and a good shower. the reception were attentive and friendly. We use the washing facilities (coin ) and were able to obtain tokens from reception so no issues. The town was fairly quite when we were there Sunday. However we did go to the Local pub Speight's just across the road and had an excellent meal there, would recommend.

Nothing. Everything was on or above expectation.

If there was any better description of what it means to be a true diamond in the rough, this is definitely it. Visiting in an off peak time saw the city centre bare and empty with only a few 'locals' picking up cigarette butts from the gutter, a 'classic' ford falcon doing hot laps blasting music causing the paint to fall off and a couple sitting in the local burger shop looking like they were ready to 'ask' someone for their shoes to get their next 'hit'. Back to the hotel, spacious rooms, bathroom was amazing and the staff were great. For food, if you're not interested in losing your shoes or eating at the hotel, Lonestar is a 5 minute walk and is definitely worth the walk.

Good lighting in room, temp control perfect, very good beds, spacious room, quiet, and the granola supplied for breakfast downstairs on the ground floor at the Brewed Cafe must be the best in the world- it cannot have an equal !

Silly bathroom design with glass door means if you use it at night the whole room is lit up, and given the open design where the bathroom door does not seal when shut, all noises and smells in bathroom find their way out of the room...! I do not understand why architects do this dumb stuff?

The beautiful and clean room, comfortable beds, great view, on site parking. Lovely details such as being able to order coffee for the next morning until 3am in the room. Good service, friendly staff. There was no room.for our car when we returned in the evening, and the concierge parked it off site, but then returned it before we were even up, making check out easy.

I found the glass panel in the bathroom odd! We stayed as a family. It didn't seem necessary to have a clear glass panel looking into the toilet.

Comfortable and spacious room, impeccably clean, hotel is in a good location - central but very quiet at night. Staff were pleasant. Great in-house Asian restaurant 'Meld'.

As we were travelling with a lot of luggage we asked on check-in for assistance with getting it from our car to our room. We were rather disappointed to just be directed to a luggage trolley, which we had to load up ourselves, manhandle into the lift and then try to wheel through the corridors while we searched for our room. This could have been done better. We did get luggage assistance when we requested it in the morning, so not sure why none was forthcoming the evening before.

Staff were most welcoming and friendly. Small courtesies were no trouble eg storing my bag B4 check in and then delivering bag to room for my return, arranging room service meal, booking a cab, As a senior solo traveler I felt secure and cared for. The large bathroom with walk in shower was most welcome. Refined decor with tantalizing colours and textures, light filled spaces especially the foyer and room, onsite dining notably the sunset from the '360' cocktail bar on the top floor. Location in the CBD gave many options for shopping and dining. Very convenient for meeting friends.

Staff were welcoming and friendly from the time we entered the hotel. Actually, from even earlier, I asked upon booking for a room that meant my mobility challenged mother, didn't have to walk too far. I had a wonderful response within minutes! The choice between cafe and formal dining was perfect. Every staff member was smiling, welcoming, and ready to find answers to any questions we had. Thank you for a long overdue, revisit to Basic Hospitality 101. Your team nailed it! You made us feel like visiting royalty?

I really enjoyed the Langlands Hotel, everything was of a high quality and the room was lovely and spacious with plenty of amenities and complimentary necessities. We had a great welcome at the door and the staff were incredibly helpful whenever we spoke with them. I appreciated the staff on reception calling us a cab to the airport as well, after offering to store our bags until it was time to leave, and the waiting area in the lobby was really comfortable. It's in a great location to get to all you need and was surprisingly quiet to sleep too.

The only flaw in an otherwise perfect stay was that the chrome-casting on the TV was quite unusable and would cut out again every few minutes, despite strong wifi signal and no issues with initial connection. There were a good amount of channels on live TV though and we spent a lot of the day outside, so not a big deal.

Really lovely room, comfy beds, bathroom really nice, best shower and lovely nz products. Nice and quiet space, a perfect treat for us. Very central, and though we only tried the hotel cafe there were lots of other dining/ bar options both in-house and nearby. Compared to other places we've stayed in Invercargill, we thought the extra $ was well worth it.

The window in the bathroom looking straight through into the main studio area! 🤣 We shut the curtain pretty quick! Granted, it opened up and added light to the bathroom space but unless you're staying in the room alone, it could accidentally be a bit voyeuristic!
