We had a fantastic stay at Twin Coast Adventures Motel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a perfect retreat after our days out. The staff (Tina and Shane) were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the people and places we were in Kaikohe to visit. We also appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We were also grateful for having plenty of available parking. We highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for great service and a cozy, welcoming environment!

We have just stayed at Twin Coast Adventures for a couple of nights. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Tina organised a shuttle at the end of each day, and changed our pick time after we got really cold in Kawakawa after biking all morning in the rain. Shane jump started our car after an interior light had been left on all day. They were helpful, fair priced as were the shuttles. We would certainly stay with them again! Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Location was awesome. Few minutes walk to the supermarket, cafes, shops. We were on bikes doing the twin coast ride, a couple of bikes needed repairs so that was done on site while stayed. Bike repair guy was quick, reasonably priced & great at his job. Great big secure shed to store our bikes overnight. Rooms were modern & comfortable.

The back of the door when you sit on the toilet was dirty. Had not been cleaned in a while. The volunteer firefighters got a siren call at 3am which of course was annoying. It is heard by everyone in town, for obvious reasons, but I am letting fellow travellers know that it is a possibility. Gravel driveway can be noisy, this is outside all of the units.

Renovated family room, kitchen is pretty and practical. 3 tv's was excellent, enough seating in lounge. Kitchen table was HUGE! Allocated parking opposite your room is a very good idea. Cleaners asked per day if you needed more towels or for her to clean up (didn't bc 2 night booking) that was nice to have been asked anyway. Friendly staff from arrival to departure. Kia ora, nga mihi.

Back door in Room 7 couldn't open, toilet paper hook kept coming out.

Everything. Property Owners are awesome, their staff are absolutely wonderful. It is very safe, a security gate with PIN access after hours. It’s my GO TO safe haven when needing accomodation “up north”😇oh and they also offer cycling adventures for those interested 👍

That I couldn’t stay longer

Owners and staff very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We would go back anytime and recommend it to others. Supermarket was half a block away , laundromat just around the corner and the best bar in town a short walk. Perfect

Location to the shops, ground floor unit. TV in each room. Comfy Bambilo matresses. Option to go for a bike ride is there. Plenty of seating for lots of visitors. Access to the gate after hours. Lots of windows for air and sunlight. Ladies made the beds beautifully. What skill.

The tiles in the bathroom are terrible. Is that the trend now? Even when with the window open its terribly wet after a shower. We had that problem in North cote motel. Used all the towels to mop up the water. May be put an extractor fan in there.

How you accommediated our needs to return after hours with a pass code for the gate. We found you were humble and very respectful to your guests. It felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay thank you so much. Will definitely stay again should we be in that area and pass on to our family and friends where to stay should they head there.

Perfect location to Broadway, so within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. It was quiet and I slept really well. The bed was so comfortable and warm. Bike hire available too at the motel and close to the 43kms cycle path if that is your thing.

I didn’t have any hot water unfortunately so I couldn’t shower but my family did in the next apartment.

What inspired me? The office manager is truly compassionate towards her customers, mirroring the kindness she receives, and her genuine warmth is a blessing. I adore her like a cherished family member. Her exceptional cleaning services and heavenly luxury room are a testament to her outstanding care
