The location was close to our wedding venue. We didn't have time to use the pool and even if we did it looked pretty busy that weekend! Everything was cleam, just a bit dated.

The aircon / heatpump required having the key in the slot to go, so you couldn't come back to a cool room. There was a full kitchen but you'll need to bring your own olive oil and extra cookings / glassware if you plan to cook/eat in or staying for more than a couple of nights.

Fully equipped, clean apartments with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The 2 heatpumps kept the place cosy and warm. A toilet downstairs and one upstairs was excellent. Swimming pool and hot tub onsite. Quiet location. Just walk across the road to the beach. Good food places to walk to. Very friendly, helpful owners. This was our second time staying there and we'll be back again.

A wonderful location in the heart of Raumati South. Easy walk to the shops and local cafes and restaurants. We were across the road from the beach. We had a family room and an accessible room for our mother as she is an older lady. Her room was all on one level and perfect for her needs and the shower was also not over a bath which was perfect for her. Rooms were clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay

The whole stay was perfect. The arrival at reception was friendly and informative. The accommodation was lovely and clean, comfortable beds, and it was great having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer too. Great location close to the beach and shops. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Great front staff, clean modern rooms, good amenities and great location - beachfront and right next to good eateries.

Our initial room had a leak on the washing machine, carpet flooded a bit. These things happen, the hosts shifted us in short order, no issue to another equally nice suite.

The unit was spacious, clean, well presented and well stocked for self catering and lounging at home. It was also an easy walk to the beach (across the road) and a little shopping centre with cafes and restaurants. It was also an easy drive to other local attractions. The property contained a pool and spa which looked well cared for.

We stayed in Apartment 17. Apartment was nice and clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom upstairs had heated floor and spa bath was divine. I requested for an Apartment close to pool and it was met plus Andrew was mindful of different ages of my girls that he had the Sofa bed ready for teenager. Loved it so much that we stayed an extra night to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub 🥰

Everything was perfect for our little getaway!

Everything! The location was perfect, the facilities were clean and comfortable. It had everything you could ask for, for a short stay.

The pool area was tidy and clean and generally great, however as it is located in the middle of the complex, and as we had a few children together in the pool, we did create additional noise for other guests.

The apartment was very roomy we payed for a one bedroom and were given a 2 bedroom with the 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and a toilet downstairs with the living area. Good outdoor seating with sun umbrella and swimming pool in grounds. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants etc.

The access for car was very tight as you go around the perimeter going one way especially if there was any ute’s or large suvs parked.

We visit this resort every year and are always amazed how incredibly clean it is. The apartments are all fully self contained and are a true home from home. Location is amazing, just metres from the beach and beach bar. There is also a fabulous play/water park for children just metres away.

Not cheap but good value for money
