We enjoyed our two nights stay. It was a very cozy and comfortable room. We felt very private and safe. The room was very clean and was very well kitted. Cleaning products were all eco-friendly, which we were really happy with. Tom was a very welcoming and very friendly host. Breakfast bread,eggs and cerials were wonderful so we didn't need to go to the shops. Cooking facilities were great. We were able to heat up our precooked meal . Plenty of space for a family of three to stay and room was very warm and cozy. Love to come back again in summer next time :)

We did not use breakfast option; loved all the natural products throughout the unit; great to have actual sofas to sit on; close to village shops and commuter rail station right across the street.

Issues with TV that no one appeared able to fix; accommodation for four but second “bed” is foam fold out mattress on floor; free parking spot was great to have but very compact in size.

Perfect little homely studio, with everything we could need plus extra touches we really appreciated. Such a lovely host who was extremely accomodating and knowledgeable about the area. Apartment was directly across from the train station which made getting into Wellington super easy with kids. Would definitely stay again when visting the Wellington area.

Perfect space! Had everything we needed. The bed linen was the best I have come across at any accommodation. I saw that people complained about the driveway, We have a 2017 Toyota Highlander 7 seater so quite big and we managed fine and parked up the driveway. Milk and Eggs and Musli provided for Brekky was a nice surprise! Met the host briefly and he was loverly! We kept to ourselves and unfortunately had to leave rather early morning and cut our weekend short as our children got suddenly ill overnight. We would definitely return to Aquavilla, it’s a pleasant little studio and the location is ideal if you’re not a fan of staying in a city!

The room was nippy/cold when we arrived. Minor really as it was pretty cold outside. We left the heater on all day to ensure when we arrived back from the days adventures it would toasty and warm for the kids!

My stay was relaxing and comfortable. Tom picked me up and dropped me off at bus station.. The biggest thank you..Everything is so handy.. Good shower , comfortable bed...Reading material and puzzles... Fruit on table... Better than staying in a motel..

Spacious living, good-sized bathroom with shower and well-stocked kitchenette. The queen bed was sooo comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The room is located across the road from Plimmerton train station which was very convenient. You could hear the trains at night which may bother some people, but didn't bother us at all. Also very convenient were the shops and cafes only a few minutes walk away. Bread, milk and some cereals were provided on the first day for breakfast. These were not restocked during our 4 night stay but this didn't really bother us as we went out for breakfast most mornings. Clean towels were provided on request. It is an absolutely beautiful location and a beautiful room which became our home away from home. Will definitely be back!

The location was excellent. There were a selection of restaurants within walking distance. Beach two door down the road and the railway station across the road which you couldn't hear any of the trains passing by.

As this is a bed and breakfast the only thing would be if the owners could check supplies regularly and top up on milk and butter (possibly a half a block of butter). Everything else was good.

This is a great B and B. We arrived exhausted and left very well rested. It was spacious for a studio size and lots of cooking options. The owners gave us all we needed in an unintrusive way. The Plimmerton township was excellent with cafes and the esplanade. Train station across the road too. Thanks so much Tom.

Really comfortable bed, quiet and located close to transport and local restaurants. A morning stroll on the beach before a coffee is recommended.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, lovely hosts, and despite proximity to the train station it was very quiet. Plenty of breakfast options too.

The skylight made it a bit difficult to sleep on the foldout couch.
