Loved the location and price was fair. Pillows were super soft and nice. Everything we needed was there. Spa bath was LOVED by my kids especially as summer was so cold! Easy check in.excellent communication from host and during stay. Clean towels offered etc. Very nice service! Great big tv with free view and Netflix. Good internet connection. Really relaxing, clean and provided everything me and my 2 kids (10, 12) needed.

Initially we were in the room with bunk beds but they are so wobbly and noisy we couldn't use them. Children pulled mattress onto the floor at 3am to stop the noise. We spoke with front desk about this and we're moved to unit with cooktop which was a game changer as we could cook pasta etc for dinner and save money. A mattress was brought in for kids and we were very happy and comfortable for next few days and nights 😁. Strongly suggest bunkers replaced.

Close to shops, beach uncomfortable couch, worn couldn't relax bunks for 53 an 63 years in the apartment. 😢 in the other room we booked was also 3 adults, not enough beds. Mother 40, 6ft son and her 37 year old sister not good enough 😕.

So uncomfortable, bunks to old to be climbing we made do with the couch no refund the day after I booked in February 2024. Short on Towels, lots of little things batteries on remotes 😠I was disappointed when they knew who were coming and how old we all were and the purpose of our stay.

The reception staff I spoke with on the phone was amazing. I was also able to check in early. The rooms were clean, warm, spacious and with added extras. and the walk to the beach was super quick. Fantastic location and great value for money.

I was a little skeptical as the setting of the motel is most unusual and somewhat off-putting but do not be fooled for what it beholds will pleasantly surprise you

Competitive pricing in comparison with other local facilities and fits the bill if you need three beds. Large bathroom. Lady we dealt with was very helpful and even had the heater own before we arrived. Very close to local eating facilities and the beach.

Not in all nfairness a complaint for the pricing, but car park is remote if you're worried about security. Some noise from flat upstairs and internal gutters when it rained, may annoy some, but it is what it is.

Loved having a kitchen. My babies loved the big bath. The unit was lovely & warmed up quickly with the heating. We came in the cold season. It was awesome having a washing machine in our unit as well. Came home with no dirty laundry to do. Very handy (walking distance) to all eating places if we didn't want to cook.

That our stay was too short & the weather was cold lol.

I bit confusing when I arrived, I couldn’t received or dowload my ID through the e.mail, so I was in the car for 45 mn before they accepted to check my ID in the morning. I have the TV réception one night and not the other nights, no internet connexion the same situation then when I arrived .

Location and the bed was comfy

The bathroom was not clean the white tiles were not white they had orange mold and black mold in places , tiles were broken grout was missing. The toilet did not flush fully and you could hear everyone else in the rooms beside and above us. 1 net curtain was missing and the cleaner didn’t come in at all to clean .

The staff were super-helpful - suggesting things to do, servicing the room etc. The location was great - within easy walk of the beach, super market and ferry to Kapiti Island. We did a last minute booking and were delighted to find the place available. The spa bath was an unexpected luxury.

The outside sitting area was a public thoroughfare. The late check-in arrangements were difficult.

I was appalled to be charged NZ$623.51 for three nights' accommodation. This works out to be NZ$207.84 per night. I could have stayed in a five-star hotel for that price! I will be reconsidering staying at U Studios Paraparaumu Beach in the future.

the unit was very warm and comfortable and quiet. the manager Sarah was lovely and very welcoming. we were a little late checking in and she had turned the heater on for us so the room was lovely and warm and much appreciated.

we couldn't fault anything, we spent 3 lovely days there
