Location was amazing. We got to see the Interislander ferry sail in throughout our stay. Quiet location with a good selection of restaurants/ cafe's close by for a coffee stop each morning. The pick up of the keys and underground parking was a bonus. Lots of utensils in the kitchen which made a change for the usual lack in hotel apartments. Good selection of rooms and nice and warm for a winters stay. Good location to catch the ferry's out to the walks/ around Queen Charlotte. Would totally recommend to stay here.

Location was excellent, as was the apartment.

There was a mix up with the bookings. Details of our booked apartment were given to someone, and we had to take their apartment. Also, details of a booking for someone else in a different apartment complex were sent to me. Caused a bit of confusion initially. All sorted out in the end. Available car parks need to be clearer when booking. The 3-bed apartment has 1 car park. Other available car parks are in a parking building which is $38 per day, a walk away and can become quite expensive if booked in for a couple of days. We were helped out with a car park in another complex.

Stunning views and location! The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay with young kids. It was baby safe so we could shut off the doors and have our baby roaming around. Even with the balcony area, they were safe and we could relax and enjoy the views. We loved the smart tv and full kitchen and pantry. Everything was supplied such as body wash, laundry powder etc. Super clean too. Will be staying again the next time we visit Picton.

Not many negatives. The only thing that was missing was a larger and comfier couch in the living room. This would really make it perfect to relax a bit more.

The kitchen and living area was absolutely brilliant - exactly what we needed for evening card games. The view and outdoor table was exactly what we were looking for. The downstairs bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were absolutely great. Sky tv is always a bonus. We would recommend the crazy golf down by the water it was great. If you like tapas style food Sisu was absolutely amazing.

The signs could be more clear as I used the front door next to elevator and the sign next to the cooker implies it should never be used which we found confusing as we had a key. There was no guest book for activities in the area which we find very helpful - I know this can be found online but first hand knowledge of the area from a local is far better. Little things like fresh milk in the fridge go a long way.

This is truly a stunning place! The location could not be better. We were laying in bed at night watching the ferries come and go. Early in the morning we just hopped down the elevator to go get a coffee from one of the many coffee shops downstairs. After a lovely dinner (also just downstairs at one of the restaurants) we took a stroll down the marina. Everything is within easy walking distance. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly as pictured. The unit is super clean, modern and comfortable. The couches in the lounge were very comfortable and could fit our family of four easily and comfortably. The two fully equipped bathrooms were so convenient having two teenagers with us. Directions and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book this unit again when in Picton. This was definitely one of the best, if not THE best place we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, were provided -from a box of tissues in the bathroom, to a hair straightener! Thank you for making our visit to beautiful Picton just perfect.

Nothing - everything was beyond expectation.

We loved everything. We got an early check in which we really appreciated as we were at the end of a two week South Island roadie. The apartment was exceptionally clean and really well set out, great location and lots of thoughtful touches like a washing machine/dryer which was fantastic. Good range of all kitchen accessories and SKY tv. My husband will tell you that any time I can watch MTV 80s is my best time. Bed was super comfy, linen crisp and delicious and good pillow choices. Great view too from the balcony. It was cold and rainy when we were there but I could definitely see us sitting on the balcony with wine and cheese, enjoying the view and watching the bustle of Picton and the port. Picton itself is super cute too - touristy but really friendly. We bought heaps of things from the local shops and had good meals, SISU for lunch and The Oxley for dinner. We would definitely visit Picton again, using the apartments as a base and trying out some of the adventure/water/vineyard action nearby.

Only that we spent a night in Blenheim when we could have spent two nights in Picton. (To be fair, we did have a good breakfast at Olive and Herb in Blenheim but that was the only highlight)

Spacious and comfortable, felt luxurious compared to the norm, good for the family.

The room off main bedroom was cold and drafty, no curtain so had to do a makeshift one, mould growing on the headboard in another bedroom, one of the dining table chairs was dodgey and unsafe, not enough blankets and pillows, apartment not cleaned that well, advertised like there were two baths (one in each bathroom and then there was actually only one!)

A great modern fully equipped two level apartment on the waterfront in Picton. Two bedrooms (can sleep 6), with two balconies, large open plan lounge and dining area and very comfortable beds. Great waterfront views. Very comfortable. Well equipped.

Location instructions left off key details that would have made finding the apartment much easier. We guessed at the building and then tried a lock box outside the front door of a room that could have been someone else's apartment . in the end it was ours so not a problem.

This is a well appointed apartment with pleasant view and very handy location. The self checkin process was explained clearly with secure parking is provided which was appreciated as we were on motorcycles.

Only problem we had was the dryer was not functioning properly due to the conditioner never being cleaned. This maintenance step was not known by the management so had been missed for some time. When the error was realised the host was very efficient in taking care of the problem and ensuring we had what we needed to dry our clothes and that all dryers had the conditioners up to working standard.

We were upgraded to a room with a better view which was much appreciated. The apartment was lovely and warm as the heating had been put on prior to our arrival. Very spacious apartment.

Everything was good. Some of the decor was getting a little dated but overall it suited our needs. The road was closed below due to construction however this meant no street noise at all over the weekend which was a bonus!
