Lovely, peaceful and private location in beautiful settings. The premises has an interesting and well documented history. Well maintained and clean property. Welcoming and friendly owners. Great selection of breakfast items and hot drinks. Our room (the studio) was comfortable. Fits the boutique bill!

Our first night we experienced an internet bandwith issue so the TV wouldn't load, and the hot water ran out after two brief showers. No issue the following night however, so perhaps a one-off!

Interesting property, lovely room with comfortable 4 poster bed. Breakfast waiting in the fridge, chocolate brownies, lots of nice little touches and charming hosts. Harvey the dog was super cute. Loved the electric egg poacher too! Couldn't ask for more really. Picton is a nice little town with lots of restaurants and shops.

Nothing really, we had a lovely stay. If i had to be picky the Kitchenette was a tad on the small side but it had all the essentials, microwave and fridge etc and we weren't there to do a lot of meal prep. This is designed to be a luxury bed and breakfast experience and fits the bill perfectly.

What a beautiful home this is! An historic wooden building on the outskirts of the town that is full of charm and character. We were welcomed by our wonderful hosts and shown to our beautiful room which had lots of storage and fantastic bed and antique furniture. The mini kitchen was brilliantly stocked with everything we'd need for breakfast and it was full of mod cons and little touches, with a bathroom that was stocked with so many thoughtful items that would put a 5 star hotel to shame. A wonderful stay and beautiful gardens in a very quiet part of town.

It's a bit of a walk to town so keep that in mind - it was fine for us but just something to remember if you are travelling with luggage, kids, etc. but well worth it, believe me, to stay in this gorgeous home.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Michelle and Stefan are amazing hosts! Nothing is too much trouble. We were late getting off ferry and Michelle waited around for us with no complaint. The food provided was beautiful and fresh. The house is exquisite and the gardens (including jack and gill the lambs) are a beautiful added bonus. Could of happily stayed for longer

Absolutely nothing

The house and the gardens are absolutely gorgeous. Michelle greeted us when we arrived and was a wonderful host. Breakfast was already prepared for us and there were brownies waiting on the round dining table in our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sound of birds in the garden greeted us in the morning. We also had a wonderful dinner at Sisu.

Amazing facilities in an old amazing kept accomodation, if you want something really cosy and fabulous while visiting Picton, this is the spot for you. Only one regret we have, that we stayed there only one night, it is really great and the family who is taking care of the property are doing a tremendous job, well done, this is the best way.

The owners were very hospitable. We were all pleased with our beautiful, well-appointed suites. After travelling for a couple of weeks, the well-stocked fridge and ability to make our own breakfast was a treat: eggs from their own hens, milk, juice, jam, butter, bread, fresh fruit. Beautifully landscaped, peaceful, and backing into a mountain forest. And a charming little dog named Harvey.

Michelle and Stefan are lovely hosts. They are friendly and helpful. We had the studio and it was charming, beautifully decorated and spacious with a wonderful sun filled terrace.

Magnificent, fabulously maintained old house with beautiful gardens. The attention to detail in the room is so impressive….absolutely everything has been thought of. I really appreciated the generous breakfast supplies. I had intended to walk into ‘town’ for dinner but loved the comfort of the room so much (especially after 4 days of walking), that I decided to ‘stay in’ to make the most of my time at this gorgeous place.

A beautiful maintained home and B&B. Great balcony, manicured gardens. Large rooms, we had a lounge room, dining table, 2 bathrooms, kitchen area. The little touches around food and cakes/slices. Great Hosts. A short walk to town with plenty of restaurant choices.
