Property and room were absolutely beautifully well kept. Lodge sits right my the water front and 5min from town and shops. Highly recommend as staff were lovely and everything you can think of was supplied. Room was huge with a whole kitchenette including microwave, dishwasher, fridge and pans and pots. Bathroom had all the necessities like shampoo, body wash, hairdryer and towel. Bed super super comfortable and absolutely spacious. Definitely recommend for a weekend gateway.

Everything was loved.

The location is very nice, with a great view of the bay. The room was spacious, and we could park right outside our room. The room was comfortable.

There is almost nowhere to eat nearby (except perhaps the fish bait store up the road). You have to drive downtown to find food if you are not a long-stay, taking advantage of the kitchen facilities in the room. Office hours are very limited, with a 7 pm arrival deadline.

With the exception of one disturbed night (see below) our stay was enjoyable. The range of Sky programs was excellent. The Kitchen facilities were also excellent.

The rear windows did not appear to have a secure catch. The sound insulation from the room above was poor.

Right on the seafront with lovely view. Availability of accessible unit for disabled. Only minutes to town but seemed like miles out in the country. Great beds & linen.

Just the fact that it is next to the main road north makes it a bit noisy. No offer of late check-out. Notice on wall saying a charge of $25 for each 15 minutes after 10am.

Nice location, you can enjoy a dinner in deck while watching sunset and watch the stars through bed in night time. Love the nature aspect surrounding the lodge, really cute tiny house.

The bed isn’t that comfortable, it would shake the whole bed when someone is heavier than you moving. No tissue or paper towel in cooking area. Overall, nice experience but abit expensive for the price.

Cute chalets great location peaceful and quiet Happy there were fans too to cool it down coz very muggy temp while we stayed with no breeze

Fridge was like a freezer, couldn’t change the temp. Froze all our food and drinks and couldn’t even use the milk provided for hot drinks Couches could be upgraded for something comfier but fine for short stay

Very clean, characterful buildings, with generous balcony, nicely kept gardens, beautiful small beach opposite, comfy armchairs and plenty of space, nice little kitchen. Good supply of fans for warm nights - much more eco friendly than air-con. Perfect for us.

Plastic outdoor seating would work better- the rustic metal design was rusting. I like to eat at a table inside, a useful addition would be a drop leaf table and a couple of dining chairs.

Wonderful welcome, Linda was a fantastic host, very surprised at the size of the rather large comfortable units, great safe parking, a wonderful view everything you needed for a comfortable safe stay

Be great if all establishments were this well set out and managed

Can see the sky through the roof windows. The room was surprisingly warm on cold nights without having to use the heating.

Some closer healthy food options would be great. The only delivery was available from Dominos which is hardly food. This would not be a problem if you have a hire car.

The unit we had exceeded our expectations! It is spotless and has everything you might need: heaters, cooking equipment, Sky TV, an outside relaxing area, a BBQ, and a fantastic view of the water! I recommend it, and if I am back there, I will be staying again!
