The concierge at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. It really set the tone for our stay. Our room was lovely and cosy warm. The under floor heating in the bathroom was divine and the heat pump was fantastic. The heated pool, cedar hot tub, and sauna were lovely and clean. We really enjoyed using them.

My only small issue is the tiled floor by the pool, I skidded a few times walking down the stairs and it's unavoidable to not wet the tiles. I was really concerned if someone wasn't careful they could have a nasty fall.

Lodges cosy and short walk to beach. Very helpful staff. Free bikes for cycle around town and boardwalk cycle trail.

Fan in room too low from ceiling - my wife hit her hand on it accidentally. Swimming pool and spa area needs updating. Only one shower and in odd place.

The staff were all really friendly. The setting in the native bush was tranquil. We used the tennis court, pool and spa pool and if we'd had more time we would have used the bikes too.

We didn't opt for breakfast as it was pricey.

The surroundings this hotel is situated in is unique, out of the way from noise pollution and listening to the birdsong was amazing, you really are in the trees

Due to the site been in the bush the pathways are littered with fallen vegetation which needs to be cleared, understanding this is a task but in the wet this could pose a problem

Me and my partner really liked the location and the rooms they were very comfortable and welcoming

The beds were a little shakey like if my partner turned in bed overnight I was woken up because the bed was shaking from one turn, but still comfortable

Small private chalet in the rainforest. Heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.

The shower water pressure was weak, and the shower curtain had seen better days. Parking is available on site, but down a steep hill. Resort would transport you to/from your room by golf cart upon request.

The room had a lot of bugs which is kind of the nature of being in bushes. The gym could use an upgrade and also has a lot of bugs. None of that are deal breakers, but the stay would be perfect otherwise.

HI Team, we loved the whole experience, the tui in the trees were very relaxing. and Grace at reception was so so help full. the staff at dinner were fantastic, Victora made the best cocktail's, and Ben was very helpful and accommodating with his service when waiting on our table the food was cooked to perfection heads up to the chef. it is a credit to your staff you have as they make the vib and feeling amazing. we would return again for a relaxing weekend away thank you all :-)

Nothing it was great.

It was just amazing, more than we had expected. We felt like we were immersed into the surrounding nature, the room was cosy and had everything you could need. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a treat!

It was perfect!

The location is absolutely stunning Nestled in the forest, like a treehouse. The peace and quietness is beautiful The bathroom floors and towel rack is heated.

Should have stayed longer to enjoy all the other facilities
