Location was great and room had all amenities

Booking.com was not clear that I had to bring own toilet paper and toiletries, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder- these things are more expensive to buy in Pauanui- this information is on their ocean breeze website but booking.com doesn’t mention it

Beautiful accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Parking available. Pool and spa pool. Stunning Beach just across the road. Warm welcome at reception by Louise resort manager. My mother, sister, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to return to Ocean Breeze Resort again in the future. Enjoyable, relaxing, a very memorable holiday for us.

Ocean Beach Resort is a place im sure anyone would love to stay. Top quality, beautiful accommodation, and environment.

Great facilities in the apartments and felt like home. It was also a good place to get a couple of apartments for a family gathering. Lovely to sit in the sun on decking overlooking the pool and the beautiful gardens. Good internal car parking garage. Very welcoming by the hosts. A quick stroll to the beautiful beach and short drive to the shops. Excellent place to stay.

Other members in the group said the beds and linen were uncomfortable.

Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and underground parking. The manager is a gem! So sweet and kind.

The town is so clean and beautiful. Just wish there were a couple of more restaurants in town. It’s a bit of a drive from Pauanui to the next town.

Perfect for a family holiday, apartment was lovely and spacious with all the facilities you could need, nice and quiet , safe and secure, the pool was great our little one loved it, I was wrapped we had our own bbq. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location straight across from the beach

I cannot rave about this place enough. The beach is in walking distance. The room was very nice and Louise and Peter were absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. My son didn’t know the pool depth and while I froze, Peter didn’t hesitate to jump in and save him.

We had a great time at Ocean Beach resort. The location, just a short walk from Pauanui Beach was brilliant so early morning walks along the beach were very easy. The apartment was a good size, comfortable and tastefully decorated with all amenities provided.

We didn't like the small bathroom containers for soap, shampoo etc and would have preferred larger types.

Very nice stay. I don’t think there was one thing the apartment didn’t have! Hosts were lovely and very helpful indeed. Very close to the beach for nice walk. There isn’t too much in town (if you don’t get your food by 8pm you’re not eating anything) but the apartment had a great BBQ so the best thing to do is bring your food and drink and cook it there. We did that and it was great. Would definitely go back again!

Great set up of apartments with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy stroll to beach which is simply stunning. Host very welcoming and friendly, spent time at start of visit getting to know us and showed genuiene interest. Central location to the wider coromandel area for activities. Pool and spa on site, pool great depth for adults for a dip.

This is a very small thing it would of been great if breakfast bar chairs were in the apartment for socializing at bench during meal prep etc. This didn't effect our great stay though.

Location is close to the beach and in an isolated town. The people who welcomed us were very friendly and made the tour of the apartment with us to explain us everything we needed to know. This is a very quiet location, and a well-equipped apartment, with a private parking underground.

There was nothing to dislike.
