Breakfast was excellent Fruit, sandwiches and fillings, bread yoghurt etc was provided in the snack fridge in the room everything was thought of. Was extremely clean and tidy No complaints at all Cheryl was very helpful from the moment I arrived. If you have a car everything is within 2-10 mins drive so it’s an excellent location for people with cars.

………..a cold beer in the fridge on arrival… a small cold wine, but I’ve never had that anywhere and is a bit cheeky. So would not expect it.

Location to family place. Host was great. Shower and bathroom spacious all clean.Wifi is strong. Netflix included.

Small area to make our own daily cold breakfast. However this did avoid being tied to an appointed AM time for a hot mesl. Washing and rinsing the dishes in bathroom sink not really ideal.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sunkist and Cheryl. I arrived quite late and Cheryl was waiting for me. The room was gorgeous, conveniently located, with parking, in a very quiet neighborhood. Chery had stocked up the fridge, and gave me a tour, and then remained available if needed. The place is self-accessed with your own little backyard, the bedroom is absolutely comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and stunning. I know exactly where I'll stay next time I go to Tauranga!

Lovely quiet area, close walk to the beach and the local bars and restaurants. Of road parking. The table and chairs outside the door were great for breakfast.

All was fine. No complaints

The owner went above and beyond what I expected. This accommodation was for my 91 year old mother. The owner offered to collect her from the airport and let her check in early. The fridge was filled with xmas goodies anould fruit. She even bought dairy free butter when I mentioned that my mother was dairy free. The service and care was above and beyond what I could have asked for. So helpful and kind.

Great Room , first class bathroom and above and beyond with “breakfast” including snacks. Great to have guest Netflix without having to sign into your own account.

Cheryl is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful, supplied a variety of food items for breakfast.

If I had to say anything it would be have better quality bedding and towels. There was nothing wrong with what was supplied but I’m a bit picky with that sort of thing.

The owner was very welcoming. Easy to find. Good parking and access to accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely meal at a restaurant called The Lantern about ten minutes walk from the property. Mt Maunganui with all it’s restaurants and bars is a short drive. Fantastic beach too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Breakfast was great, too much food. The bathroom was huge. The room was like a hotel room but without any other guests in the hotel, i.e. perfect!

Can't think of anything to improve

Breakfast was generous. Home was great and the host was very helpful. The location was great allowing less travel time for the local rep to collect me each day near to her own home, while a nice pleasant jog around the neighborhood felt safe and had interesting areas to explore.
