Location.

Disability parks very cramped and difficult to get into in the car park building. Suggestion:Consider making disabled parks "Disabled only" and remove the 2 able bodied parks all together. Surely the building hosts alot of other able bodied parks throughout the level/s. Also to monitor through the booking process, those that are needing disability parks...prior to arrival,1st in...(scenario). And im sure the Hotel could entertain adding more Disabled parks by putting a temporary sign eg: removeable card on wall???

Hotel room was big and comfortable, amenities were great spa bath perfect after an afternoon walking the mount and hockey all day. Couch a good size and comfortable and it was warm and cozy heat pump worked well, I didn't get too cold or warm which is normal for me in hotel rooms. Great central location 10 to 20mins with traffic to get where I needed to go. Car parking secure and convenient. Staff absolutely lovely. Jad a toaster and microwave which was great as I stayed for a week and don't want to buy takeout every day. Complimentary snacks and water bottles a nice touch. Bed and pillows comfiest I have slept on, I track my sleep and it was the first time I had ever had an excellent rated sleep! Lots of channels makes up *almost, for no streaming functionality. Lovwly view and balcony, I would definitely stay again!

Very minor onservations; shower goes hot to cold and very touchy when trying to adjust the water temp, and tv could be larger due to the size of the room and a bit more modern.

We booked and paid for a suite. The size of the unit was therefore good, having a separate bedroom. The unit had large windows resulting in good afternoon sun and therefore it was nice and warm. Air-conditioning was also available. The room was cleaned each day to a good standard. The staff were friendly and pleasant. We pre-booked parking and this was very accessible and easy to use.

The unit had a balcony however this was too small to be functional/useable. There is a combined wardrobe and kitchen in the lounge area which functionally doesn't work that well. These things did not detract from a positive stay.

The whole process from booking to checking out was incredibly quick, location was fantastic extremely walkable and only metres from the waterfront. Very tidy, spacious yet cozy bedroom for 2, enjoyed the mini balcony as well. Off street parking was great and we didn’t mind paying $10 per night for access to that. All the staff we encountered, greeted us warmly and were very kind. My husband enjoyed the bed, me not as much but it wasn’t deal breaking by any means. We stayed 2 nights, I didn’t realise the rooms would be refreshed during the stay, it was wonderful to walk into at the end of a busy day. Wonderful stay, ngā mihi.

Surprised at the crockery supplied. Kettle and toaster so could have a light breakfast if we chose.

PARKING! We were in Tauranga for a sporting event, which involved having quite a lot of equipment. No parking even though tried to book a park, as we wanted safe parking so we didn't have to completely unload car. Were advised to park on Devonport Road which was not easy. Receptionist gave permission for us to park overnight in the street park reserved for the hotel pick up and drop off. We had experienced car being broken into when parked on road outside our hotel in New Plymouth and didn't want a repeat performance.

Our room had a Harbourview and balcony which made it special for us with stunning views over the Harbour. We enjoyed lovely meals at the Tauranga Club restaurant which was literally steps from our room door. The hotel is right in the middle of Tauranga CBD so very handy for shops, restaurants, cinema etc. The staff were all helpful and friendly!

Small drawback was the train track a few storeys below us. The trains are infrequent but long and noisy . . .

Relaxing and peaceful. Spacious balcony. Toaster and microwave privided. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and accomodated our requests when required. Bath robes were great. Loved the close proximity to the town. Everything was walking distance.

Train going past on first night gave us a hell of a fright so recommend closing sliding door and turning on air con if you are a hot sleeper. Unfortunately, restaurant/bar was closed during our 4 night stay. Would've loved to try that out but nevermind. There were plenty of food options along the water front and close to the hotel to entice your taste buds.

Was near the city and little walk to the beach. There is a nice big playground for kids as well. Room size was good and the balcony was excellent as you could open up the door and get fresh air in.

Well sometimes we got intensive food smelling in. And the toilet had no ventilation. Which could be very disgusting. So fast flushing is essential… Our room was 720 so we’ve been on a kind of construction view side. So important to get a room on the beach side.

Very (very) pleasantly surprised , I was expecting a "standard" city motel type setup. This place had room service , prompt - and good breakfast plus the staff were really cheerful and helpful. There was also a restaurant and bar but I didnt get to use them. It was to a standard I would have expected from a much more expensive city hotel .

Could not fault the place

Kia ora! We were met with helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant and welcome. The room was very we'll presented with a large queen size comfortable bed. The facilities were clean and tidy. TV worked fine and the room temperature was perfect all day and night. our room faced the city and Bay with us staying on the 6th floor.

The toiletries were half empty and when the balcony door was open the smoke from the room below came in making for an unpleasan small.
