Thr price, location and the space. Slightly early checking and late checkout extra cost was very reasonable. Staff were awesome. We don't usually find a room with alot of space and also a kitchen with an oven- so loved that. Used the BBQ space and it was also very useful. Geothermal pool was also lovely to use. We will be back! 😊

The room smelt heavily of bleach when we got in but went away once let some air in.

Rooms are very clean, king size beds are very comfy to sleep in, showers are not the best however they're decent to have a shower in. Has a little bbq area which is ok. My 1 yr daughter likes playing in the area, trampoline and kids playground. Staff/Cleaners are great they're approachable, easy going and helpful . The Manager provides great customer service.

Loved the location. Everything we wanted and needed was only a 5 minute drive at most. The receptionist went over and above for us after finding out we were arriving really late. Had our room nice and warm for us, and our booking was spot on when I asked to book another night and still got to keep the same room (it helps to call prior to making another booking). Our room was lovely, just right for us 4 ladies. The cleaner came in and changed our towels etc like any good motel should. The receptionist/front of house spoke Māori too after hearing me speak. For those of us who love our language, this alone gets an A++. Parking was great. Spa was great. Nice quiet area too and the restaurant they suggested we go to "Oak Tree" was delicious, we literally left that place in a food coma. Thank you for housing us on our get away in Tauranga. It was perfect.

we were there early june, I believe it had been newly renovated. value was great for money. Comfortable and warm, They and free wifi and sky movies. Great location for the trip we had planned out.

I believe they were in the middle of renovation everything was perfect, they had new toilets and vanity installed however the floors still needed replacing. But as I said for the price we paid for the 4 of us it was an absurd bargain and everything else about the place made up for it.

Everything It was absolutely shamazabubbles 🥰 We really enjoyed the Thermal Pools 🤟 Don't get me wrong everything was on point 💯 but the 1min drive to the Fraser Cove Shopping Center was so convenient, the different variety of shops were cool much 👍 Will highly recommend and definitely stay again 🥰 PS: Thanks bro for letting me finish my washing and buying some milk for our babies breakfast 🥰 LEGEND 🤙

I did set alarm off, think steam set it off but was ok upon leaving so that was good to know it worked. Helpful staff. Asked if there was a place for doggie do's as I had put them in our car. Lady said put them in her rubbish bag she will be dumping soon. Should you have outside rubbish bin? Really appreciated that even though in a plastic bag the thought of bringing all the way back home not so encouraging. The Staff allowed sister to swap rooms because access to the toilet was NO GOOD with a wheel chair and as it was neither was ours. Our room being bigger allowing moving round for her easier as with kitchen area. Again Thank you both for your Helpful Staff looking after me and lovely clean rooms. Out side rubbish bin doggie do's or cigarettes butts etc. Not that we smoke anymore. Gave up 10 years ago so have clean lungs but dirty liver.

Sadly our double bed didn't have a electric blanket so I slept on my own first night. My Sweetheart (wife) slept in the single bed with elect blanket but found blanket up not where her feet were ;-( but joined me the next night. :-) Access to the toilet was NO GOOD with a wheel chair Ok to get into room but wheelchair unable to enter Toilet cubicle.

The manager truly stood out during this booking experience. I often choose this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location, but on this occasion, the highlight was the exceptional service provided by the manager. They arranged a late check-in for me despite my last-minute booking and even upgraded my room upon arrival. Thank you, manager!

Although it's an older motel, it's extremely well maintained and they haven't skimped on things, curtains and railings were like something out of a show home, towels were fluffy, water hot, plenty of blankets, and it is the cleanest motel ever, absolutely spotless from the utensils, down to the skirting boards, couldn't fault. Great value for money too. Quite location, no traffic noise.

People in unit next door left their outdoor light on most of night which made my room bright, but they must've realised and turned off around 4am.

Nice, clean apartment. Excellent for a family. Travelling with car the location was really good and ee drove to beach for days. The parking was excellent. Possibility to do laundry was a plus, and the Thermal pool was lives by our kids. All in all good stay.

Nothing particular. Is not a luxury accomodation, but we were in no need for that, so we though the price-quality were in proportion.

I didn’t feel comfortable with the bed but reason is I have problem with beds it has to be a certain type but I’m aware it’s a motel so you get whatever you get so it’s understandable but overall my stay was good and enjoyed the place
