I had to find accommodation for my family at short notice as my husband had been taken to hospital urgently. We looked on line and found this property and we are so glad that we did, we were greeted by a lovely lady, she showed us where we were staying, it is an older property but done up lovely, the rooms are a great size, the bathroom had just had new lino put down and it was a bit smelly but the lady did tell us about that so it wasn't an issue. We had a lovely outlook here and it was so quiet, I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tauranga and especially by the Hospital. The beds were awesome also.

We had a lovely stay in a room that overlooked the neighbor’s yard with a lemon tree and had a distant view of the ocean. The staff were incredibly kind, and the place was by far the cleanest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The host welcomed us with a bright smile and even offered complimentary milk at check in 😊. There was an additional light in the bathroom, which made doing my makeup much easier. Right outside the property, there’s a beautiful waterfront view, perfect for just sitting and zoning out. There was also a short walkway nearby, but unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, which was a bit of a shame.

It would’ve been even better if the TV had Netflix or screen mirroring.

Communication with Bronwyn was easy, instructions were clear and is a wonderful host. Finding the property was a breeze, signs everywhere so you know you’re in the correct place. What I found really convenient was that there was no house key, so no need to worry about making sure to walk out without the key, or if my daughter wanted to go back to the apartment early she just entered the code to get on. The apartment itself was warm, beautiful, clean and cosy. Kitchen has a perfect size dishwasher, all cooking necessities for making food inside or the bbq on the deck. A powerful aircon/heater for any type of weather. All the appliances were clean and working from the kitchen to the laundry room and the cleaning equipment. It’s perfect for a couple, small family or solo trip.

We had been up at Grace and had booked late in the afternoon. We didn't arrive till after 7 and the lovely staff had pulled all our curtains and turned on the heating so when we got there after a looooong exhausting day, we had every comfort and more of home. I can not express how amazing this was as I also had 4 kids in tow, so made everything better. The facilities are FANTASTIC! Clean, homely and the comfiest beds I have ever slept on staying away, seriously! Our apartment was the best! Location is pretty too. We will absolutely be back!!

Nothing to fault.

The apartment was new, clean and beautiful with great views. It was extremely functional and exactly what we needed.

The pictures of the balcony are strategically taken to not show that there is a big property garden to the left of it, with the lounge and balcony from the property behind directly looking onto the balcony where the table part is so it is extremely invasive/not private if anyone from that property is in their lounge, deck or garden. The property beneath this one also has a balcony that occupants of can then see into the big glass windowed lounge on our level so for most of the trip, we were unable to enjoy the view from the balcony or the lounge due to other people. If you are not bothered about privacy though, it is a beautiful view and no issues.

Loved everything about the property. It was easy to access. It felt so welcoming. The carpet was lush, the couch, I could’ve slept on it the entire time. The apartment was spacious so if you hosted a small dinner it will accommodate everyone, big enough for family of 4 (with small children). The view is spectacular. I made sure to have a coffee on the deck every morning, it was great feeling the warm sun on my face in the crisp cool air.

The location was great, not too close to the city but not too far, we were happy to walk in. Marked parking for your car which was great! Really clean rooms. Place was much bigger than I anticipated and I loved that the kitchen was separate from the bedroom & lounge. I would have loved to been there longer to actually use the kitchen! It was nice and quiet at night.

it was a little bit too warm but we could put on the aircon and open windows so not a major issue.

We stayed in the apartment upstairs and have unblocked views, full glass windows , so it was simply superb. To the cafe and restaurants is a short drive of 5 mins, totally convenient . Driving to Mt Manganuai is only 10mins ,the mountain walk and beach walk to ano island is superb. Couldn’t be happier in summer with bright sunshine and temp of 23deg , it is cool and comfortable

At night to remember to close all windows to prevent summer flies from flying in.

Wow, what can I say?!!, Kathy was soo welcoming friendly and very helpful, local knowledge is great!. The motel had a lovely feel to it, was extremely clean and comfortable, the four of us enjoyed our stay immensely especially the secure garden , seating area, out our back door. The the location was close to great shopping and eating with the beach a very short walk away, approximately 20m, highly recommend Kathy, the staff AND the motel, will definitely book again! A+++ THANK YOU Kathy.

Absolutely nothing, perfect.

Free kayaks and bike hire were a great bonus especially for the kids. Free laundry was so appreciated! The staff were outstanding. The rooms were beautiful. Bathroom was small and a little dated but lovely. The main bedroom was exceptional, the view was great, backs right onto the lagoon. Close to cafes, short drive to lots of great walks and breweries, literally everything you could need.

Bathroom and kitchen were a bit small but they were so accommodating and extremely clean!
