Location, location, location to sports venue, shops across road, off main road, close to motorway. Good clean after first night, plenty of towels, TP and tea/coffee station items. Initial room had good number of settees to people and big TV screen. Second room had a more complete renovation and had a nice big spa bath!! Separate toilet room. Large bedrooms and lounge/dining space with balconies. Laundry onsite was great! Parking at door to second apartment was great! Very nice people.

Initial room was dated and very musty.. hole in door, unfinished paint patches in bathroom, sadly the mustiness in bedroom put off males in family! Rooms 9-11 need renovating asap. I asked to move and it was better, although upstairs and still dated. 4 people should have 4 settees, broken window lock, no safety rail to help get in/out shower over large tub!! This should be a priority fix.. smaller TV in room. Too cold to use pool but looked well maintained.

Staff were great Nikki was very good at communicating with me on how to get access to my room because I was arriving late that’s was awesome and very much appreciated I end up booking another night and it was so easy I was able to stay in my same room no drama was great Love d the shower amazing Overall I’d stay here again and will when I come back in July

Now the toilet took for every to fill up again and had a very annoying sound very loud and because it took so long to fill back up you would have to listen to this noise the entire time I didn’t have milk in my room but that’s fine I brought some with me The other thing is the balcony is not private literally nothing stopping the next room’s occupants from just walking over to say hello or if they had kids they most definitely would be right there at ur private room door not s deal breaker but something to look at Also last think I had a sky installation lady come to install a sky machine while there I don’t mind but that is a paid room and that kind of thing should not happen while being paid for

It provided a safe place for our whānau to come together at a sensitive time. Took away further stress, good access to a great fish and chip shop. Spa created a relaxing moment for some of us who appreciated it to prepare for today. Nga mihi

Although we were next to each other, we were still kind of separated, like we would have loved rooms 13 & 14, and understood that the room may have already been taken prior to our booking. Other than that we loved our stay 😍

Unfortunately the power wasn't on when we came back to the motel to sleep due to a power company fault and there was a very noisy generator right outside our room that made sleeping difficult. The owner gave me some earplugs which helped. There also wasn't any hot water in the morning so no showers for us. The owners were lovely and very apologetic for the loss of power etc.

Had everything you would need, separate room with a double bed and single bed, with electric blankets, and the bed was so comfy, bathroom was so nice with separate toilet, kitchen had a stove top and fridge, dining table with 4chairs, lounge had a couch and tv with single bed, 2 exits with front entrance where you park your car, and doir off lounge on too deck with pool.

Nikki was welcoming and easy to talk to. Our whanau really appreciated the upgrade to a larger room. Ensured we all had our own spaces to decompress after a looong day at the baseball diamond. We enjoyed our privacy too.

We had some noisy kids by the pool after dark on our last night. And even though I loved the size of the bed, it was a tad too hard for me.

Spacious room with all the facilities. It was a shame that we were given the disabled room. But, the ability to park right outside was great.

The soundproofing was not the best. Once guests arrived next door, we could hear a lot but not in the bedroom. The location was a bit out of the main centre and Mt Manganui. A car is an absolute necessity.

Everything was great, heat pump, electric blankets, sky tv etc, tidy kitchen and bathroom + lots of sunshine, friendly reception!

The only thing was our particular car park 😂 be fine for little cars but my cars long so just needed my passenger guiding us in and out but I think all the other car parks looked sweet

The location for our event was perfect. Was quiet. The spa was lovely at the end of the day.

We all thought the ammonia smell in units was very strong, from cleaning products for bathroom. Had to air the room out which helped slightly. But remained in our nostrils

The staff are amazing. I can't praise them enough. If only everyone had this level of customer care. I would highly recommend it and I would stay again.

Things are a little dated, but it's still amazing value for your money. The bed was super comfy, too.
