We had such a fantastic experience at this motel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The room was absolutely immaculate - spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. It was also nice and quiet, which made for a restful stay. A special mention to the amazing spa and cold pool - my rugby-playing son especially appreciated them for his recovery, making it the perfect spot for hot/cold therapy after a tough game. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and you can tell the team takes real pride in their service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained place to stay! Extra bonus for the top quality kitchen and bathroom products too!

The whole experience was great. Very accommodating and helpful staff.They went above all exceptions, to ensure our family was comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the shopping centre and very easy access to the city and surrounding cities. Ideal for families, spa, pool, tennis courts and great area for the children to play.

I have stayed at Bethlehem Motel before, which is why we chose to return. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent, close to shops and supermarkets. The rooms are very clean, with great amenities including reliable internet access and Sky TV. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would definitely return again.

There’s really nothing negative to mention. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable in every way.

Every thing. The rooms were spotless warm. Fresh air with the doors great outdoor seating, the courts was a great space for the kids to let off energy then a soak in the spa after. Was to cold for the pool but we still got in 😊 reception had the best service we have had in a while. Smiles all around from us.

Nothing to complain about at all loved it.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Bethlehem motel. The rooms were so lovely and we loved that we could go outside to a garden area from our motel room and the trees surrounding the garden were beautiful to look at. The kitchen was modern and we loved the spa bath. The TV was excellent. Overall the motel was lovely and we will definitely stay there again hopefully during summer so we can enjoy being in the outdoor garden more.

Actually there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Walking distance to a shopping centre and supermarket. Lovely pool area. Friendly and helpful man at reception. The water pressure in shower wasn't great and could do with a bigger shelf. The icebox in fridge was frozen solid so couldn't use it but very minor things.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like, just a few minor things that would make it a 10/10 for a family.

Great hosts. Allowed me to check in early & supplied extra toiletries upon my request. Very helpful with all my enquiries. Very friendly. Comfortable beds, including the pillows. Sky TV. Spa bath. Had use of outdoor pool & sauna spa which we utilised on our stay. Close to Bethlehem Town Centre for any extra supplies or family shopping. Only one thing I did not like and that was low pressure showers, but everything else on our stay made up for that. Would still give a 10/10. Will definitely stay next time we visit.

We actually stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. After the 2nd night we were meant to check out but a storm had rolled in so I booked for 1 more night. Reception were so awesome and gracious and kept us in the same room instead of moving us which for our family, was a huge relief. We've stayed at so many accomodations across the North Island and Bethlehem Motor Inn is one of our Top 2. Highly recommend this accomodation 10/10

There wasn't anything to not like.

Great stay, we travelled from Rotorua for a wedding in Whakamārama, we were picked up via bus from right outside the motel. The accommodation surpassed my expectations, lovely and clean, smelled amazing, clean white bedding, sheets, pillows and towels nice and modern room and kitchenette, comfy beds, clean display pillows and bed runner, nice shower and pressure, clean bathrooms etc. Heater, Air Con worked great and great TV options. Clean and lovely pool and reception area. Lovely reception and cleaning staff who went above and beyond for us. Definitely will be recommending and would stay again.

Nothing, it was all great, price was a little steep for a one bedroom unit but would stay again.
