Exceptionally friendly host, the rooms were a good size, and close access to local supermarket. Short drive to Tauranga city centre and Mount Maunganui. Well appointed kitchen, and uber eats delivers promptly. Nice sized swimming pool, and relaxing area to lounge in around it. Ample off street parking.

Aside from a rather odd guest in the room opposite ours, who would stand in his doorway watching you in just his underwear (less than ideal with our 6 year old daughter) and not having really any way to achieve privacy save for shutting our curtains - the only other thing that would have been amazing is just a small armchair or similar in the room, the dining chairs were our only option to sit aside from laying on the bed.

We needed a bed each as my husband snores badly and we got 2 single beds in a separate room and 1 queen bed in the living area. This was perfect for him to have his own bedroom and also a second television in there. The location was about 15 minutes from Tauranga and Mt. Maunganui. There was a lovely swimming pool on the property also which would be great in warm weather. We did not meet the manager but the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.

I would have liked a full-length mirror. Also apart from dining chairs the only place to sit in the lounge to watch television was on the bed.

Clean, well kept, quiet, no road noise, spacious room comfortable, big screen tv. Close to supermarket and takeaways on nearby strip. Good fish and sweet potato chips.

Reception was a young teenager - any questions had ro be referred to lady out of sight behind the office. Desk lamp - no cable to plug it in. Loved the shower gel dispenser in the shower, but soap dispenser over the hand basin was empty and the plunger didn’t work. Fresh milk decanted into a small bottle, but not sealed or labeled. Used our own.

The location was a short distance from where we had to go. We were welcomed with a cold drink and made to feel special. A friendly welcoming environment, the pool was awesome to cool down in. They had everything we would have required if we had stayed longer. Two rooms so my brother could have the big bed while I had the choice of twins in the other.

Maybe fan in little room, I had windows shut for road noise.

Coming in from the cold , when we opened the door it was very warm it was very clean and had everything what we needed we didn't have to use our toiletries because it was all supplied that was a big bonus We had different types of coffee to choose from the Bed Absolutely Comfortable to sleep in. If we visit Tauranga in the future we will definitely come back he Thankyou very much for the beautiful room.

Peaceful location set back from the road. Lovely welcome. Modern, clean, and well equipped room with comfy bed, and parking right outside. Pool was very nice to use. Supermarket and takeaways just a few minutes away, but not much else in the vicinity. Used as a base for exploring the Bay of Plenty by car, and conveniently located not too far off the main highway.

The location was perfect for our needs, however we did not expect the room to be so functional, exceptional clean, it had more than we needed and a beautiful back garden with picnic tables to enjoy the sun, a cheese platter and a pre-dinner drink or two. It felt very comfortable and homely. A beautiful sun drenched room, quiet at night, and warm for a winters trip.

Nothing it was a great motel

Clean, tidy, newly renovated, lots of space. The family unit was great. Full kitchen with everything needed, like an apartment rather than a motel. Friendly staff and best value for money I’ve spent on a motel room in a long time.

Planes fly quite low over the top so it can be noisy.

Modern facilities and well maintained. Location was beautiful.

Cleanliness. Kitchen bench was not clean, had coffee marks and was greasy. Bathroom floor was not clean and had hair on the floor which means it wasn't vacuumed and mopped. Staff member was polite but didn't seem very enthusiastic to be there and didn't bother to explain where our unit was.

I highly recommend staying at Cobblesstone Court Motel. Booking was done and confimed within 30mins before our arrival for an overnight stay. Units are very nice and clean. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the loving, kind, caring and mothering spirit of Ra. She was the perfect host. It felt like home & because I didn't want to leave we ended up booking for another night. Will definitely be staying here next visit to Tauranga.
