All areas were thoroughly cleaned every day. Coffee, tea etc were refilled without me having to ask. At other accommodations they may often ask when you are staying a few nights, "do you need cleaning?" or I would have to ask for more coffee or tea (especially when my wife has been with me). Parking was available. At reception I was spoke to as if I was a known person, not a stranger - and we had some conversations too. Excellent service.

It is better to have the spot outside your room reserved for your own car. Advantage of travelling in car (unlike plane) - is you can leave things inside and get it whenever you feel like, also packing and unpacking conveniences. This type of parking is not a big issue - but just more convenient. One other thing is people don't need to walk by your room looking inside when door is left open - because each have their own vehicles just outside their rooms. The back is open from bedroom unit to unit - perhaps a privately cordoned off space is better - especially closer street (fenced off there - I didn't check that - but I think it is).

The showers are particularly well thought out - glass doors swing inwards and outwards keeping the shower mat dry, there is a glass shelf at a comfortable height with complimentary shampoo etc but also space for your own and great water pressure. There is an open shelf as part of the vanity for your toiletry bag and a decent hairdryer. The accommodation is within walking distance of a 'parkrun' just down from the Historic Village. Parking wasn't a problem even though the last space in the evening was a tight one. I have a small car and could manoeuvre between the four pillars. The majority of spaces are open and easy to use.

Being the smaller room and single aspect (windows on one side of the room since the stairwell is on the other), it was a little dark, but a room is simply a place to lay your head, so it's all good.

Cleanliness was exceptional, It has aircon, We had a early hospital appointment so it’s right across the street, Milk is served in glass and it’s not long life milk, free car parking, Big comfortable bed Fully equipped kitchenette Friendly staff

Only thing was we had a nice big towel each but I could of done with a hair towel. Nothing else to say but good.

Super comfy beds, lovely staff who were helpful and super friendly. So accommodating when it comes to families and needing cots and high chairs. Great spot close to everything we needed. Also body wash, shampoo etc delicious and the snuggliest towels.

greeted with nice welcome, helped up to room and shown around. given full instructions on everything available including cafe across the car park. easy check out and had no problems with communication.

just one thing the walls are a bit thin the neighbouring room to us were a bit noisy running around and jumping around a couple of times banging the wall giving us a fright. but that would be the only down fall of the stay.

The bed and the pillows, the cleanliness, the access, the bathroom, the air-conditioning, the parking, excellent milk and beverage supply and the no hassle of anything.

Only thing to watch out for was knocking your head on one of the kitchen cabinets and the hanger rail in the closet is annoying. Picky I know but they're obviously working hard to make it perfect.

I particularly liked the maintenance upkeep of the room. The management showed us to the room and explained details which is good often you are just given the key and left to own devices. The toiletries and beverages were well stocked. Great to have a lift. Room phone great advantage knowing assistance can be a phone call away. Smart t.v a bonus. Great to have free parking.

Great location, close to where we needed to be and close to all shopping centers and supermarkets. Clean and very accommodating, we were able to check in early after my husband's appointment had finished. Which he was able to relax in comfort and the best beds we have ever slept in (besides our own). Thank you so much. Also wonderful hand wash/bath wash, which I loved because they were locally made, had to purchase some for home. And fresh milk that also was locally sourced.

Nothing was very impress with everything.

Exceptional motel. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was top quality - sheets, toiletries etc and there were lovely extras like a great selection of hot drinks and even cookies and a pillow menu! The room was very clean - one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Great cafe across the car park which was convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again in future.

Spotlessly clean, large studio apartment, excellent shower. Modern. Upstairs rooms accessible by lift. Soundproof rooms, efficient air con.

The entire property is smoke free apart from one designated smoking area, near reception, whereas their page on booking.com only said that the rooms were smoke free. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.
