the view was amazing, very clean and comfortable beds

we were disappointed there was no smart tv or nothing to access music - the stereo provided only has cd or cassette player and no radio . a simple blue tooth speaker would have been more than adequate. bring your own if you enjoy listening to music. The tv needs a chrome cast or needs to be a smart tv so we can access netflix/neon etc . Most accommodation now offers this especially at the price we paid

Fantastic location, Friendly hosts, clean comfortable and modern spaces. Mt Maunganui township is an easy walk to a great selection of cafes and eateries and A1 bars that cater for all age groups. beaches are great for swimming or just going for a stroll along. Book today, you won’t be disappointed!

The bad radio with ver bad reception…. )-: It would’ve been better if there was a Bluetooth speaker or similar as we forgot ours.

Location and the facility is always clean and warm, the beds a re comfortable and there is always space for my kids to not be on top of eachother

I have a prescription for marijuana, maybe their could be more acceptance for the times and what that consists of across the board not just for specific complainant groups. My only con was that the smoking sign was conditional but not confirmed.

The spectacular view, the apartment was nicely appointed. The apartment was warm and comfortable.

The two-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, quiet and the wrap-around balcony and sea views were magic. Superb location. Highly recommend.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay or the facilities.

The location was directly opposite the beach which was just beautiful. The apartment was very spacious and mostly very clean. Was a comfortable place for what we needed.

There was an issue with the shower leaking that we didn't realise until the following morning, but we notified reception who were very good and responsive.

The furniture and apartment is old. The bed sheets was very hard and noisy. Cookware is very sparce. A bbq would have been great

Excellent location

There was nothing to fault them on. It would be lovely, though I know a huge expense to the owners, an outdoor spa… with the beautiful big decks the property has to offer a spa would be amazing.

Loved the location, right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants.

We spent a week at this fabulous location with great hosts, but the unit only had a two-seater couch which was very dated and not comfy at all. The unit we were in is in need of an update.

Location was great except for cooking smells from resturant below wafted up to our deck so had to keep doors and windows closed which was a shame with such nice weather. The resturant had nice food and coffee which sorta made up for it.
