Great location Free parking Room was large with two good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and black out curtains. Room had a ceiling fan and a heat pump/air conditioner. Large living space for four adults. Balcony was good with small table and chairs. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer provided. Had sky which had sports and movies. Spa pool and sauna and gym available. Trolleys for your luggage for the elevator. Elevators are a good size.

Spa pool was cold when we went to get in on Sunday morning which was disappointing. Could only use spa pools and gym till 10pm but quiet time didn’t start until 11pm. May as well extend it out till 11pm when the quiet time starts. Has a heated swimming pool but is only seasonal and can’t be used in the winter months which is a little disappointing. Heat pump was a little noisy at night time.

Location was excellent. Short walk to shops and a stroll along the port side of the Mount. Close for a walk along the beach also. Good facilities in the apartment. Will definitely book again.

If you know this accommodation you will be aware that Level 2 is the pool area. We didn't. The apartment doors opened straight into the pool. Ideal for some but not us as a slightly older couple. It was noisy and too public. We wanted a balcony (that was what the description said) to just sit and relax on. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The bedroom had shutters that opened into the lounge area so it added to the noise level even when they were shut. The spa pool was right outside our lounge and was again very noisy and public with people in it till 10pm. Now we know the layout we will book again but be more specific about where.

Easy booking, great communication with booking and prior to check in, easy check in, friendly, helpful, informative staff, car park, great location easy 2min walk to wharf and beautiful sunset, cafe’s bars and shops around the corner, evening markets were across the road when we stayed. Beds were comfortable, beautiful homely decor, shower great pressure, pool was awesome, gym use was great, offered two room keys for our group if needed and a big hit were the plugs by bed lol, we have stayed here before and with another great stay will definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay because it is so close to everything. The underground parking is a great bonus - we parked our car up and then mainly used scooters to pop to the main beach or we walked the very short distance into town and restaurants. There is a four square just a few minutes away and the location being right next to where the cruise ships dock is really cool. We used both the pool and the spa - both were great. The rooms have everything you need including a washing machine and a dryer which is really handy when you are travelling for Surf Lifesaving events.

Great location, good sized 1 bedoom apartment on ground floor. Ideally placed for beaches, local bars and restaurants and hot pools. Also great location for walking up Mount Maunganui. Had everything that you needed for a short stay. Comfy bed. Good value for money.

Cleanliness!! Generally clean put issues with thick dust left on top of fridge / freezer and also on top of kitchen units. Freezer compartment was also not particularly as clean as you would expect it to be. Relatively minor issues we highlighted to staff. Wouldn't stop us going back.

Friendly staff who allowed us an early check-in and ability to park the car up on what was a very busy day in the town. Facilities were as advertised, and it had everything you needed to make your stay convenient and comfortable. There are plenty of air conditioning/fans around the room. We were also serenaded with bagpipes in the evening as a cruise ship left the dock which was quite amusing!

The only reason I have marked this stay down is due to my room location. It was right next to the pool, and the windows face the pool area. Although there were blinds and curtains, it did make it feel a little uncomfortable having people looking at and into the room on occasions. There was also a lot of noise from people exiting to the pool area. However, this door was locked from 10pm.

We enjoyed the pool including the spa. Nice and clean, temperature good and available (quiet). The apartment as nicely decorated and fitted. I liked the couch and lounge furniture. I liked the two rooms. The bathroom was nice. Space was good for 3 people.

The room. was right at the front by the road, at this time it didn't pose too many problems, e.g. not too busy/noisy but it was not exactly a garden view - more roadside view. The space could have been more generous. There were a few things missing in the kitchen like no grater and cooking items/pans were limited- no space to put your food. Master was small and roadside/very public,

Our stay was just amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean, the facilities were excellent, and the customer service was fantastic! We loved every part of our stay and hubby even wanted to enquire about how we could own an apartment lol. Our kids loved swimming and our location was so close to town but quiet at night :)

The carpark was a bit tight to get in and out of (we did have a big car) but nothing where it impacted our stay and we will definitely return again.

Lovely location, super close to beach, shops, park and eateries. Friendly staff and safe location, minimal noise. Good sized 2 bedroom apartment, nice views of mount. Bonus having sky tv and good internet service. Also great having own washing machine in apartment. Lovely holiday spot:)

Bed was alittle small for my 6ft 4 husband and I and we found it quite soft. Pool and spas were lovely, would have liked a shade sail or some shade options around the pool as got very hot for us with 2 little kids.

Location was fabulous - short walk to shops and restaurants one way; slightly longer walk to the bay and Mount Maunganui the other way. The Apartment was well appointed and clean. We really appreciated the laundry facilities. We had a small balcony and although it didn’t have a spectacular views, we were able to sit in the sun and see Mt Maunganui in the distance. We didn’t use the gym or pool, but both looked inviting. Parking was included and the building was very secure.
