The views were fantastic outside our window and the apartment was quite clean. Leaving a bit of milk in the fridge was thoughtful. The decoration was great and the facilities were in good condition. The lady at reception had a lovely welcoming smile.

No shower cap. Shower head too low for tall people in the main bedroom on suite. A shower over a bath is not great. The drive into the reception was very narrow for a big car and there wasn’t a lot of parking. Driving out of the garage was also very narrow and we had to be careful not to knock our mirrors getting out. Was disappointing that the heated pool facilities were closed. My daughter was hoping to swim.

Was a little tricky as there were 2 metallic key pods that I did not realise held the key until I checked about it again with the manager on call. It could have been my own confusion as it was after a long day and drive as we were in town for a food show. The parking map allocated for each apartment number but there was an additional manual circle to confirm this too the envelope left for me had a different carpark number and a note on the letter that we should ignore the map. But the manual circling had us confused for a bit as why did someone circle it again if we were supposed to ignore the carpark map allocation. All in all not too bad. Just felt a little like an escape room situ- scavenger hunt!

All was good. If I could only make a friendly suggestion, a shelf or hanging basket in the shower would have helped as there was no place even to keep the soap while showering other than the ground.

Wasn't aware there was no reception area and keys were in a safe with code etc and lady on reception button at front spoke to me as if I should know this when she finally answered on my 2nd call has to call back again for safe code This was the only hiccup we had because apart from that our stay was absolutely superb.

Better informed on the check in process would of been helpful

Amazing manager runs the building, she was very pleasant, showed us our options and was dry helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, walk to the bay, the beach, the mountain, and the hot water pools. Also close to good restaurants.

Nothing, our expectations were exceeded,

Check in was easy and keys ready at reception when we arrived. Secure underground parking was good. Great position close to the Mount and the beach, and some lovely cafes. Full kitchen, comfy chairs in the lounge and a table and chairs on the balcony.

Apartment wasn't the same as the photos online that we thought we'd booked, not quite as light and spacious and view wasn't great but there was a peak of the sea. Didn't realise there was no air conditioning, fortunately we could open the doors on the balcony for most of the night and use a fan provided. Pillows were very flat.

Great location right by the Mt and easy walking distance to shops/ restaurants and beach

The apartment was comfortable but a little dated and carpets & furnishings had marks and stains on them, also no air con apart from a fan.

Great location, walking distance to hot pools, cafe's and restaurants, beach very close by Apartments are homely and clean, with secure parking onsite. Fast and easy checkin/checkout, very friendly and helpful hosts. A great weekend away

The pool was not available for use at the property which we hadn't noticed when booking however there was a discount on offer for the hot pools just further up the road so that was really good.

Location was nice and central to be able to walk everywhere. Access to and from the apartment was easy and it felt secure. Facilities felt luxury and we used the pool a lot!

Some air con in the bedroom would be nice, it was very warm in there and if we opened the windows the traffic was quite loud. A very minor thing tbh.

Great location midway between the 2 beaches, close to The Mount and the cafes on the promenade. Large terrace and walled garden with private door to street. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant area. Great selection of restaurants.

Very close to amenities, not too far from the city, minutes walk from the Mount - very good location.

The building next door is being remediated so the building wrap was quite loud on windy nights.
