Location was superb. Beach access was amazing. Close to everything, patrolled beach, cafes and restaurants. Underground parking secured and compound secured with key access. Pool area well maintained and staff helpful and friendly. Check in was seamless (less than a minute) greeted by a friendly staff member and received a phone call prior to confirm our check in time.

The apartment was tidy with everything we needed. More storage in the 2bd bedroom would help e.g drawers for clothes. Was great having a basic gym but machine needs upgrading, seat falls off and treadmill not smooth to use. However having said that we would happily return. These are small things and we had the most amazing break away.

The apartment was quite sunny which was good. We had 'sea glimpses' to both the main Ocean Beach and Pilot Bay. The kitchen was well set up and easy to use. We had a small balcony which got afternoon sun. The swimming pool was nice and also the spa pool. It was just a short walk to the Mount, to the Ocean Beach and to Pilot Bay, which was good. There was secure undercover car parking with a dedicated car park per apartment.

The apartment was very compact. There was nowhere really to put your suitcases, the bedroom was small, so we used one of the sofas in the lounge to rest our suitcases on. The bathroom was a bit tight, the vanity was small and there was almost no space for the toiletries bags. Spatially it's probably a bit too tight in the bedroom and the bathroom areas.

Comfortable room with a seaview, balcony, pool, easy access to beach and town, comfortable beds. Kitchenette pretty well equipped and usable, decent shower.

Supplies of tea/drinks and toiletries extremely limited - 3 teabags for 3 people for a 2 night stay and one 20ml tube of shampoo and conditioner is not even nearly sufficient and very ungenerous considering the $400 a night pricing...plus room was very hot, no aircon, one fan between 3 people, even with windows and doors open did little to cool us down.

Location was awesome, walking distance to everything in the Mount. Carpark was a bonus, we didn't have to worry about finding a park anywhere, and very easy to get in and out. Reception staff were lovely and all communications before our trip were really good too.

The apartment wasn't as equipped in the kitchen as we are used to in holiday homes. There were no extras in there (apart from the coffee and tea sachets and a small milk, and the usual cleaning things), and that's fine but we would have brought more kitchen things with us had we realised. It's not a complaint, just an observation.

Lovely stay! The location is excellent for walking to the beach or main road, lot's of restaurants a short walk away. The outdoor area with pool and spa was a treat. Nice staff too made for a great stay.

Being very picky, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the hours the pool was open were quite limited. Because the pool was only open during the day, it was often full of kids (who were just having fun but were very loud). Maybe could have an adults-only time for the spa?

We came and stayed at The Atrium for a sports competition, and it was a great comfortable stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and great to have a full kitchen. A few minutes walk to the beach and the local shops/cafes. Nice stay for a family of 4. Pool and spa was an added bonus!

Not really a negative, but be careful when exiting the carparks, as you have to drive through a walkway in the lobby and next to the lifts....watch out for pedestrians!

The woman at check in (sorry can't remember your name, but her daughter lives in Edinburgh) was the loveliest, friendliest most helpful person, such a lovely woman. The security is excellent, the apartment was great, fantastic views to left and right and plenty of sun from early afternoon right through to the evening. Great walks, great beach, great everything really. Do glad we picked this place, would definitely stay here again if we could have the same apartment, 503.

Location was awesome! Close in proximity to everything. The secured car park was a bonus! Just a tight squeeze for our vehicle.

Apartment size felt a little bit small, but had everything we needed and more 😊 Also wasn't too happy about the bond amount considering we were only there for the night. I was quite suprised the bond requested was the same price as the room for the night ($329) .. didn't pay anything in the end though. Would reccomend they put the bond in the booking T&C rather than send a message a couple of days before arrival.

The 5th floor is quiet with an awesome sea view, and the beds are comfortable. Amenities and equipments all available, including an air fryer. Wow! The apartments are clean!

The 1st floor is quite a downgrade of everything upstairs, like the queen bed, the tv, the window blinds at the stair side doesn't stop the lights from outside. But we're very thankful because on a very short notice they've sorted our request to have a place to stay for another night. Really appreciate it. 👍👍

The Apartment had fantastic views of Pilot Bay it was great to sit out on the little balcony watching cruise ships come into port with my morning coffee. Perfect location walking distance to Hot Pools, Beach and Restaurants. The Manager was an excellent Host! Super friendly, helpful and very accommodating it made our stay so much more enjoyable thank you!

The only couple of things I would recommend is an extra set of keys, we only had one set so constantly had to work out who would take the keys to be able to get car out of car park or gain entrance to front doors to get back to apartment. Also the pool was super cold it would be more inviting if not so cold temperature.
