Quiet secure location very close to Tauranga Airport. Good communication from the host about how to get to the location from the southThis was very helpful as Maunganui Rd (State Highway 2) is 4 lanes with a flyover in the middle of the highway that veers left for direct access to Tauranga Airport and the city. One has to be sure to take the left lane and go under the flyover. Then do a 180-degree turn and come down the one-way left lane. It is a good idea to have Google Maps with audio navigation to not overshoot. Or else it's a left turn at the next side street and try again. There is a big shopping mall about 2 km south on the same side of the road, Use Google Maps to get back..

Getting to the location could be challenging for drivers who are not confident with city driving or at night. Google Maps is helpful.

Stayed in a Twin Room - It had a double bed, single bed and a couch bed. We went for One Love at Tauranga Domain - This place is close to Tauranga domain, Baypark and Bayfair! Due to location Ubers to Tauranga Domain were only $22-$23 Staff were lovely and facilities were kept clean. Wifi was very fast

We stayed on the bottom floor and the roof creaked a lot from the room above us! The only place to wash our dishes was the bathroom sink which didn’t sit right with me but they take them away and replace them when they clean the room

Great space, comfortable beds wifi free parking Great staff that provided our family extra towels after business hours. Very helpful thank you 😊 The apartment was very nice and clean and had wonderful closet storage in 2nd bdrm.

The jets on the spa bath didn't work. Also didn't like the lack storage space for our food and the wack layout of how the dishes were placed under the kitchen sink. I would recommend a wall shelving unit for glasses cups and plates. And a lighter dimmer or a dim touch lamp would have been very handy whilst trying to set the tone to get the little ones down and still be able to see However every light was super bright so made settling toddler and 6 yr old a bit difficult. Apart from enjoyed our stay as good value for money for our wee family. Many thanks we will be back again.

I liked how the office knocked on our door to say that the power was out. Very courteous. I liked that I was able to park my car in parking earlier than check in time. Appreciated thank you. I liked the cute bottle of milk as we were able to pour it instead of it spilling out of a packet hehe.

I didn't like that my carpark was on the other side of the parking. I kinda like my car right outside my door, however the stairs were there and that's how it goes. I didn't mind the family chatter and steps above me, it wasn't loud just happy kids.

Cleanliness was great! Delighted to find we had two double/queen beds-one for myself and one for my daughter. Thought it would be noisy being next to a main road and trains going past, but not the case. Trains were soothing and traffic barely heard. Spa bath was luxury. Had heat pump at a temperature we could manage ourselves. Comfortable beds. We had the Executive Suite I believe it's called. Not a bad price either for two rooms-one also being the lounge with t.v and kitchenette and the other with the bathroom and the spa bath in an area in the room but outside the bathroom.

A bit tricky to get out from carpark onto main road with constant traffic. Being prepared to merge and not hesitate was important.

The owners were really understanding when we had a room mix up. Had smart TV so we could watch netflix without our laptop, and had WiFi too. Also had a spa bath and lots of hot drink sachet choices.

No shampoo or conditioner that we could see, and only quarter of a roll of toilet paper, but they had one of those small tissue dispensers on the wall by the sink, so used those when we ran out of toilet paper. Did have hand soap and a small pottle of bubble bath.

Loved the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable (there was 4 of us). They were clean and tidy. Once we were in our room considering it was on the main road was really quiet. Pip was awesome to deal with very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The bonus for me was having ample towels as most motels i have stayed at usually provides 3x towels for 4 people lol. Overall great place.

No air conditioner. But was provided plenty of fans

The room was very comfortable, had all the basics we needed, the motel was close to everything. We got to have our fur baby with us during our stay which was such a bonus for us. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the Mount

Not a dislike at all but possibly a cooking facility. It didn’t really matter as we had family in the area and we were able to go and cook and eat there or support small local businesses in the area.

Plenty of room clean and tidy everything worked. The bed was brilliant, firm and the best bed I've stayed in for many years and the cushions were soft and comfortable. I always travel with my own pillow, but on the occasion I could've left it at home because the pillows were great.

I couldn't fault the property. There was nothing that I didn't like about it and The Manager were very friendly and lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were kind and welcoming great service. Easy check-in. It was literally just down the road from bayfair, which was so handy. The reviews said something about the trains, but honestly, they weren't a bother for me and my family. The rooms were big and clean. Had a lot of beds too, which was perfect for us! We really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend it! :)
