Staff were extremely friend and helpful. Great TV channel selection, with smart TV options. Well stocked kitchen and the whole room was very clean.

Not much I didn't like, just a few small things let it down. Stayed 4 nights and would have liked some milk each day. Great selection of teas and coffees, but only received tiny bottle only lasted 1 day. So bring your own milk for the coffee machine. A rather small TV for such a large room. Small complimentary shampoo and conditioner wouldn't go a miss, rather than 3 lots of soap. And maybe 2 ply toilet paper would be nice.

We liked the location. we could walk to lots of restaurants, the shops and the beach. The sheets were beautiful - crisp, fresh, white. The unit was well equipped and clean. There was matching china and glassware. There were several little touches that we liked - shower gel, hand cream, tissues, a hairdryer. We liked that guests were asked not to cook strong smelling food in the unit, so the unit smelled fresh.

There was a beautiful blanket on the bed but it smelled like chemical air freshener which we really didn't like.

This place has everything going for it. Just a short to Mt Maunganui main shopping area and reasonable walk to The Mount itself. Parking right outside your room. Rooms are very clean and bright and pleasant views. I have stayed there before and will definitely stay again. Gentleman at reception always very welcoming and always willing to offer assistance. Oh and the shower is one of the best.

I wanted to swim for exercise -be aware that the photos of the pool are somewhat misleading Its tiny and more of a plunge pool off the carpark

The room and location was excellent and just a minute walk to where we needed to be in town. The host was great and very informative as this was our first time visiting Mt Maunganui. He was very accomodating to get us checked in earlier which was great. The room was nice and clean, had a nice fresh smell. Bed was nice and comfy too. Will definitely stay again if we are back that way, and will definitely recommend to others.

Location was great to the main streets of Mt Maunganui. It was quiet, even though right on the road, couldn't hear traffic or people. Nice and clean, bed was comfy. It was a great stay. The reception staff were super friendly. Check in and check out was super simple.

Only thing was the armchair had lost all of its padding and was very hard to sit on but other than that, it was a great stay.

Great service, easy check in, directions and local information given verbally and on paper. Love the little glass milk bottles, way better than the little uht pods that create alot of rubbish and aren't enough to make a coffee. Nice hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Oh and great water pressure in the shower.. Easy walking distance.

Location was good, close to beach, walking distance to eateries & Four Square. Room was spacious & had everything we needed for a short stay. Kitchenette was handy, dining table, couch, coffee table. Clean & had reserved car park space. Comfy bed. Some Sky channels. Free wifi. Ceiling fan in room & heat pump in lounge.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Need a thick mattress cover as you can feel the springs.

Was greeted by staff on arrival We were given everything we needed and was shown around the premises. At the check out day staff were friendly and we were given a great warm send off Our room was clean and tidy all that we wanted. The beds were very comfortable Would definitely re book our stay again at these premises it was close to everything 😁

Very clean rooms. Location was great, easy walking to shops, cafes and beach. Friendly reception staff. The suit was larger than I expected. Good facilities for cooking and laundry. Swimming pool was private. Easy access to outdoor seating and places to sit and relax.
