Very nice and comfortable ,no stairs,shower pressure was very nice , nice and aired out when we arrived , fresh towels every day and bed made, even dishes done thank you

Some of the painting could do with a freshen up around the bottom of the bathroom doors, the vanity was very old and had some water damage ,the toilet had some hard water stains (CLR should remove it) shower was clean but could have done with a deep clean around the drip strips and the tray . There was no hot plate or electic fry pan .

Clean rooms and beds. lovely front courtyard area that was mostly private. daily service so it was nice having fresh towels and rubbish taken away. personal parking area was very handy. unit felt very private which was lovely. The pool was also very handy when things got a little too hot. Close to amenities (and a bottle shop for when it got hot- very handy )and only a few short minutes to the CBD.

It would have been nice to have a guest book on arrival, for those who are visiting Tauranga for the first time. The rooms can get very warm and humid, even with a small fan, although the main room area has a very handy air con. The Te Puna Accommodation signage at the entrance to the motel blocks the road view coming from the right as you exit the motel which is a bit of a road safety hazard.

The 2 bed cabins were clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Showers clean but need the heads soaked to let more water out. Very helpful team, able to accommodate our need to park 4 towed vehicles.

Not something the team could do much about but lots of Mosquitoes came in to our room overnight. Needed the window open as it was very warm but this let the bugs in. Apart from that all good.

Easy location, not far from where we were visiting. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The ladies on the front desk were lovely and ensured I had everything I needed. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soaps, and towels. I didn’t find the main road too loud, and my toddler slept a solid 11 hours. The AC was also a god send with how warm it was. Good sky selection!

Our room was connected to the reception area next to the laundry. The staff were lovely, however very loud in the morning being where our room was. I didn’t like having to enter my room via the pool after hours when the reception area was closed, especially with a toddler. The shower could also do with resealing.

I stayed here as I had a wedding to go to about 10 minutes away and it was a central point for that. The staff were friendly and quick at responding for an earlier check in and later check out, which was appreciated. The room was large and had all the amenities needed for my stay, thanks for having me.

The motel is located right beside the motorway/roundabout so is very noisy at night and hard to navigate crossing roads and walking around.

The bed was sooooo comfy, probably the best out of the few motels/hotels in Tauranga I've stayed in (as I stay in Tga often). It was actually a really nice place to stay, would definitely recommend!!

There was a few ants in the room the first night and the lack of cooking facilities, also the driveway isn't good for lowered vehicles

The Motel's facilities were perfect for our stay. Grandma with to small Grandson's. The boys had an amazing stay and were very excited. Any future stays in the area we will continue to stay at Arahanui

Everything we needed was there. So comfortable and homely. Felt like a home away from home. Very quiet which made sleeping easy especially with the very comfortable beds. To top it off the rooms were air conditioned which made it all perfect..

Spacious two bedroom apartment that suited traveling with relatives well. Easy parking and location was great for us.

My bed was a little hard from what I'm used to and unfortunately we had some very noisy neighbour's who were talking outside their room until after midnight. We ended up having to go outside and request them to keep the noise down and so they all just moved inside but still kept their outside door open so they kept some of our group awake.

It shows some age, but very functional.

Currently, the traffic into Bethlehem gets backed up big time, especially in the afternoon. Some people complain about "zippering" to let others in, but it works really good here.

Location suited our needs perfectly. The lady in reception was friendly and helpful and the unit was clean and comfortable and suited our requirements. Would certainly consider staying there again on future visits to the area.
