Great service staff very friendly.

The cord to use heater was to short to plug in. Lucky I take extension cord. Something they could check. There was no toaster in cabin. Only one kitchen block had toasters. Other block that was closer for me didn't have one. Not a biggy but I was told toaster would be in the cabin. Would of been nice to no the pool was able to be used confirm in email i would of brought swimwear been winter would of been nice to no. Just couple little things to mention. But great place to stay. I'll be back.

The bed was very comfortable, good shower and heating

TV had white spots all over the screen but could see the picture OK. Outdoor chairs very wobbly and didn't trust them, I think they need replacing.

Location was great - right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The park was clean and well kept. Our room was clean tidy and well equipped. The pool area was lovely, although it poured the whole time we were there, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool. They offered good winter specials.

We arrived in separate vehicles and there was no extra secure parking spaces within the park itself. We had to park one of our vehicles in the public carpark next door. Also, there is building going on at the moment, which was directly behind the unit we were in. It was a bit noisy first thing in the morning.

Beach location great

Shower pressure not good. My only issue with unit. Staff mixed reception. Initial reception kept me waiting while a customer went through a prolonged discussion about an upcoming booking. We had to check in and get to a nearby event. Very frustrating. Also the barrier code didn’t work when we returned and we tried phoning reception with no help. Left car outside office. The other receptionists were friendly and helpful so a mixed bag there. Perhaps the issue with barriers was just a teething problem. They were supposed to read the number plate and our code didn’t work either. Don’t want you to get the wrong idea about this property. It was a beautiful site but there were a few issues. I hope they get fixed. I would definitely recommend with the small changes that need addressing

They've got everything we need and even more! The pool was amazing and our villa is just right in front of the beach. Lucky we went on a Sunday and it was not that busy so it's like we own the whole place. Friendly staff as well , over the phone and in person. I even got a free cupcake for Mother's Day!

The check in time was 3pm so we were expecting to check out an hour later as well than usual at 11am but no, it's strictly 10am and there's no option for late check out. We regret booking for only one night. Also, there's no milk in the fridge but didnt bother to walk all the way to the reception to ask for one.

Heated pool was super clean and we spent a lot of time there. The playground is also great for kids. The holiday park is in a great location with walkways down to the beach, local bar/restaurant next door, cafe over the road and dairy. Long walk or short car ride to the supermarket and some shops/fast food and a surf club which is 1 minute away. You could stay here without a car, perfect if you've setup your camper as everything is in walking distance. The facilities and whole park are clean and modern. Even the older units have been updated not too long ago internally. Real Fruit Ice Cream is served each day near the pool. We are already looking into our next stay and our 7 year old has asked to come back for his birthday

The only thing I didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer :)

Great facility for families if you have a group of people. We loved that there were weber barbecues placed between units for guests to use. Our room was clean and very comfortable,the beds were super comfy and we loved the option of a ceiling fan or the heat pump. Friendly inviting staff, and we loved that their were activities for our 4 year old to do as we were staying over the Easter weekend. We've now been to Tasman holiday parks in Rotirua and Papamoa, and would love to visit others around the country because we've had good experiences so far.

We didn't have milk in our beach side room and only had 2 bathroom towels and 2 pool towels when we had booked a room for 3 guests. But we didn't realize until later on when we wanted to shower after swimming. Luckily, we had a couple of our own towels from home. Unfortunately, the children's playground had an area that was closed off due to needing repairs. The trampoline was also closed due to needing repairs, and there was not much for our active 4 year old to do as the weather was not the best due to cyclone Tam happening around the country. Which is obviously out of the parks control.

The girls appreciated the pool and the beach right next door. The Villa's were equipped with everything we needed to cook and have meetings. It also came with a heat pump for air con which helped on hot days. We could connect to the internet and search the net for Sky Sport. Facilities were very clean, the showers and toilets, we had daily service which was nice to come back to clean towels. The Park was close to all Supermarkets, Takeaways and Papamoa Plaza. The whole environment and aesthetic was beautiful.

I was disappointed that the 2 and 6-person Berths lacked air conditioning (despite booking and assuming it would have). With six people in a confined space and the heat in Tauranga, it became very muggy and suffocating. I was informed that the Berths are old and that air conditioning was not included in their original design, which contributes to their lower cost. However, installing small heat pumps could easily resolve this issue. Is there a potential health and safety concern here?

The facilities were fantastic, a great getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband noticed there was no milk in the fridge and desperately wanted coffee. He asked at reception the following day as we arrived late and there wasn't any in the fridge. He said he felt a little uncomfortable when questioned about milk as we did arrive at 7.55pm the night prior and weren't given any. We were told that we only get 1 small bottle for length of stay, that's okay, we understand. So he felt a bit put on the spot. Overall fantastic stay as always.

Communication, notices.through text, what a fantastic way to resch out about any changes or even the ice cream truck., and staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help and make your stay enjoyable, and it was just so busy. They didn't mind helping. easy access to the beach,pool facilities, really amazing.

Our bed was really uncomfortable, two single beds together and a hard lump feel in the middle of the beds. Booking. Com didn't have clear guidelines about the accommodation. Or the correct picture of the room chosen. It was really misleading.. we were disappointed because we didn't get what we thought we were paying for in the picture. We will ring the park going forward, do not trust booking.com
