We loved our stay here! The rooms were very clean & the beds were comfortable for me & my daughter. My partner found the bed a bit firm but he said his back felt better hehe. It was just 3 of us, couple and teenage daughter. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it suited us well. We liked the room layout and the lounge was very comfortable for us. Though the weather was cloudy and raining, we did enjoy our swim in heated pool followed by a nice hot shower back in the room. The lady was lovely that took care of us. My daughter locked us out of the room by accident and the lady came straight away to help us, thank you lovely lady. You also really helped my daughter with her anxiety in that moment, you are amazing! The area is quiet and really peaceful! My absolute favourite part, was the view!!! We hope to come again in summer, till then, thank you so much for having us!

Just needed one large pan as there was only a small one.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was an issue. The room was super clean and tidy. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee etc. The location was awesome! Right by the beach and super close to The Lost Springs (which was incredibly helpful for us!).

There didn't seem to be enough parking spots outside our rooms. I am unsure whether maybe there were extra people or cars than there were rooms, but we had to park in a yellow mobility parking which we aren't fans of (as someone may have needed it more). But I feel this was more the guests creating the issue than the motel itself.

I stayed in a “deluxe studio”, which I would call a one bedroom, as the bedroom was separate from the living area. The photos online are accurate. It appears to have been renovated in the last year. It was clean, plenty of room. The wifi was good. Very close to the beach. Walking distance to the shops and wharf.

The lounge could do with proper blinds or curtains for privacy at night.

we had a fully equipped 2rooms apartment in a nearly new condition shining clean, comfortable bed, fully operated kitchen even for long stay, large and bright bathroom, and out of the main road traffic noise few steps from the beach and restaurants (we suggest blue lagoon) including private parking the really added value is STACY the young lady who manage the shack she gave preciuos info and helped us in any way even when we had trouble with our rented car

Good rooms and excellent location. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to use it. Staff were nice and offered to rectify situation with our room upgrade but as we were only staying overnight we didn't worry about it.

Booking.com had upgraded us to a balcony room, but we were given a downstairs room. By the time the staff realized and offered us a balcony room, we had moved into the downstairs room and my wife had used the bathroom so we opted to stay in the downstairs room. Not a biggie really.

Lovely, well kept complex. Kitchenette and bedroom were separate from the spacious living area. It was clean and comfortable and close to the beach. There was a little table with two chairs outside, and we could enjoy the late afternoon sitting outside.

Can't really complain about too much. It was pretty hot in there when we arrived with no a/c but they had a giant fan, and we opened all windows, and by the time we went to bed the temperature was okay. It was a bit noisy with a party going on somewhere but we suspect it was at a private property next to the hotel, so nothing they could do about it. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed in the ground floor single bedroom unit and the accommodation was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. The location is great with a short walk to the beach, ferry and town. The staff and people in the town are friendly and helpful. The pool was great to cool off and chill out when the wind at the beach was a bit much. Will definitely stay here again.

Tenants staying on the floor above us could become annoying, stomping around and moving furniture at 10/11pm but this is out of the establishments control, just inconsiderate people. Room is needing some additional hooks along a wall to hang up towels, jackets etc.

Great location. Walk across the road to the beach or into the township. The pool was lovely and never busy. Bonus of having a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. Very spacious living/kitchen and outdoor deck. The grounds were large and there was even a tennis court.

No aircon. The two bedrooms are on different levels, so not good for parents with young children.

Parking right outside our unit, good comfortable bed, comfortable couch. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The motel is close to the beach and 2 sets of shops

Because we were given a unit that was set up for disabled people, the bathroom had a shower that wet the whole floor, even with the curtains pulled shut. While it is good that the motel caters for disabled people, the bathroom was annoying with it's wet floor, and the lack of a bench or even a small shelf to put your toothbrush and razor on. I booked a standard room, so didn't expect the bathroom we got.

The room was spacious, clean, warm with handy kitchen facilities. The location is great, just across from the beach and easy walking distance to everywhere. It has a handy back gate to access The Lost Springs which is what we came for. Also the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend.
