Public areas were beautifully decorated. Easy walk from airport even with big bags and snow on the ground. Professional and polite staff. Fabulous breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Deluxe room possibly not worth it. We (family group) booked two rooms. One of the rooms we booked was a deluxe and was advertised as having a sofa. This was important to us because one of us is doesn’t sleep well and wants somewhere to sit at those times. Room didn’t have sofa. Only other sign of it being deluxe compared to standard room was coffee machine and kettle which we didn’t use. Arrived on a late flight, so too tired to bring it up with hotel.

We were a little confused on arrival, as was the front desk staff, as to how get to the airport from the hotel. We had to return our rental car to the airport. We just started driving away from your hotel and were delighted to see that the airport car rental return was right at the end of the driveway from the hotel. It couldn't have been easier to get to the airport and was a very easy walk as well. The hotel breakfast was excellent and consistent with our breakfast experience with your Hotel in downtown Bergen. We like the Clarion hotels in Norway. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need as a short term guest. A nice plus was that you think to provide little things like facial tissue in the bathroom which we found other Norwegian accommodations did not provide.

The staff were very helpful and friendly as usual. Room service was quick and super tasty, albeit too expensive for the portion size, but that's Norway for you. Quite comfy bed and pillow, and very soft sheets and towels, a step up from most hotels around the airport. I was very happy to have a room with a tub this time and managed to have a relaxing bath to help me go to sleep before a very early wake up time. As usual, very happy to have breakfast available at such an early hour.

I always find the rooms too warm, summer or winter, and not being able to open a window makes it harder to sleep a full night. Although the room was mostly fine there are definitely some wear and tear details that need an update, the carpet was ruined near the foot of the bed, shelves were chipped and the walls were scuffed, all understandable but could do with a touch up. Although I understand the 4 am breakfast is only a small portion of what they have available, I've also had their breakfast later on in the morning and my problem still stands: not enough dairy free options available for people with intolerances.

We liked the proximity to the airport terminal, and you could even see the domestic apron from the windows at the end of our floor. The cost for one night is the most I've ever paid for a hotel in my life but it was worth it for not having the stress of having to get to the airport in the morning. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was great. Shower was good. All immaculately clean. The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in an hour early. All staff we encountered were very friendly. We were leaving very early but even so there was a breakfast provision - after 6am you get the whole works, 4am-6am you can get anything cold, basically (and hot drinks) - cold meats, cheeses, fish, cereals, fruits, breads. It was an excellent option for 5am!!

No coffee-making facilities in-room. No prices on the minibar, not to mention they left a small bottle of red wine out with 2 glasses which was very tempting - I've stayed in many places and even I wondered if it was a gift or if we had to pay for it (we didn't drink it so we never found out but I think it was part of the "minibar with no price list"). I just feel it's ethically wrong to not make abundantly clear how much something costs. It was a good hotel, to be fair, it just hurt to part with that much money and not even be able to make a hot drink in the room! 😂

I had an early flight from the airport and was expecting one of those little pre packed bags with a box of juice and a tub of yoghurt, instead, the hotel served something called a little breakfast’ in their restaurant meaning cereal, yoghurt, juice, coffee, bread and some sandwich toppings- it was lovely! Hotel is walking distance (most of it undercover) to the terminal.

I found checkout a little confusing (it was 0415 though). Given proximity to terminal it would be nice to have baggage trolley from the airport easily accessible to transport luggage the 600m or do.

B/fast fine- can I talk about your location in relation to the airport- you need to make it easy and obvious as to how to get from the hotel to airport on foot - so I ended up getting lost in the multi story car park. You need to signpost the entire area clearly marking out the best and obvious way with getting lost.!!’

You need to clearly mark out the route from hotel lobby to airport departure with clearl signs both on the ground but also fixed to lamp posts railings. At one point I could see where the airport was but there was an 6foot high steel fence blocking my way

Variety, freshness all good at breakfast and dinner. Our room was very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give excellent was the corridors showed their age. And we would have liked at least vending machines until the restaurant opened. Staff and room and restaurant perfect

We wish the restaurant and bar were open earlier. We had a flight cancellation early in the a.m. and could not rebook til next day. Just wish we had some food available before 4:30. Once open tho...the food and bar choices were excellent. The service excellent.

Neat and clean, walking distance to airport 5 Min is perfect. It was silent however just a few meters beside the planes landing and starting. Amazing breakfast from 4.00 cold breakfast and from 7.00 also with warm food - great. Good energy, fresh smell and good cool temperature in the room - peaceful relaxing stay.

Rooms are bit on the small side if you have big luggage, but it ok for one night. There is no walk in shower but old fashioned style with bath tub you have to climb over, I guess for older guests not convenient.

Check in, either use self serve screen or the reception desk. A 10 min walk from the Airport via mostly covered walkways, well sign posted. Flat grades, easy to roll luggage. Hotel interior well soundproofed and so was our room. Evening meal menu was very limited, but served food was good to eat. Breakfast hot & cold had plenty of choices and quality was good. Hotel lobby had an airport flight monitor. Wifi had a good signal strength in all areas.

Bed was soft, but we slept well. Shower thermostatic valve set at full heat but first night shower was tepid; second night, a little warmer but still too cool. Bathroom space was cramped but it was modern and clean

The hotel is just two minutes' walk from the airport, making it ideal for our early morning flight. It is also very close to the light rail station into Bergen. Our room was of a good size and very clean and quiet. Very good food in the restaurant.

Light from the bathroom leaks into the bedroom, which disturbs other people in the room during the night. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We had dinner in the hotel during our stay. The food was bistro style and very good however the restaurant was very busy which meant that we had to wait very long for our food. We got the impression that the kitchen was overwhelmed, with insufficient staff to cope with demand.
