Location is excellent, breakfast is good.

Check in formality is very slow. There was just 1 staff at the counter when we arrived at 7pm, and there was a queue lined up. She mentioned that the system is slow. The additional staff showed up after nearly 15-20 mins. Air conditioning doesn’t work so well. We were sweating throughout the night, as the windows do not open much either. We checked in during the summer months. Our room no was 430, Incase that is of any help to anyone.

Amazing location in Bryggen within walking distance of all of the sights in Bergen! Friendly staff that made great local recommendations around the area. Hotel was also a central hub with good amenities and conveniences such as a direct airport bus outside. Overall good value.

Rooms are clean but basic, a bit dated for a 4-star rated hotel so in need of a renovation.

To be honest we didn’t use many of the facilities as we were just in for a day on our way to Oslo. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel is right next to a flybusen (FB50) stop that makes getting to and from the airport very easy. If you want to book, the bus stop is called dreggsallmenningen Staff were really helpful booking us a taxi to the train station in the morning. cost was about 250NOK and took about 10 mins.

Stay was perfect, only annoying thing really was that in the week or two before your stay they send you 1-3 emails a day trying to get you to buy upgrades. Recommend giving them a junk email address to spam, but I feel that’s more a fault of the company than the hotel staff so didn’t mark it down

The hotel is extremely well located right in the heritage brygge area of Bergen and next to the Brygge museum. My room was comfortable and refurbished. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was very busy at times and also with the cruise ship passengers and their bags, the lifts were busy at times when they checked out and checked in. At times, the lift didn't work so I walked down the flight of stairs. When I checked in, the guests in front of me insisted on rooms with air conditioning due to their stay in the Radisson Oslo Station when their ac didn't work. Note that a group of SAS crew also tried to muscle in at this time and they jumped the line. I only ended up in my room after 12 midnight due to only one staff member being at the reception at that time having to deal with the irate guests and the pushy SAS crew. This was on Saturday July 19 2025 at around 2330 hours so SAS crew you know who you are !!!! Not a good image for your company I am afraid.

The hotel was fine once we found it (there are two Radisson hotels at the Oslo airport). Staff was helpful in merging my points accounts which had been set up under two different emails. The onsite restaurant was good for dinner with friendly, if overworked staff. (note when leaving the restaurant watch your step, there's a step down on the edge of the restaurant). Close to terminal for early morning flight out the next day.

I reserved online and didn't realize there are TWO Radisson at the Oslo airport. They're different "colors" but not being a Radisson regular that meant nothing to me and I didn't realize the blu was a bit of a walk from the terminal. They allowed us to take carts for luggage to and from the hotel, so that was fine, but it was an uphill walk to the hotel (gentle slope), after erroneously going to the red which was directly across from the terminal, a much more convenient location. (but perhaps pricier, I don't remember there being two presented to me when I was reserving).

This Radisson Blue hotel was melded into the historic fabric of the Bryggen District. The hotel seems to have fit into building height restrictions so that it did not overwhelm the old structures in front of it, and the modern hotel has gable roofs that fit into the old town. This meant that the hotel has many rooms fitted into steeply sloped gable roofs, including the room we were given. We requested room with a view, and were able to look out into the old town. Overall, the room was nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, even if the ceiling was oddly shaped because of the roof configuration. The hotel has a small workout room that includes a sauna, which we made use of. Breakfast was not provided in our $200/night room rate, but the buffet that could be purchased was perhaps the best we have found in any hotel. We had drinks in the 26 North Restaurant that is a part of the hotel, but did not eat there. The hotel's location in Bryggen is near many of the more interesting sights in this incredibly beautiful city, including the Floibanen, a funicular railway that runs to the top of Mt. Floyen. It is a short walk over to the terminus of the Bergen light rail system, that serves most of the city, and runs in a double-track line {with frequent service} to the airport. We enjoyed a fjord cruise that departed from a dock directly in front of the hotel. The harbor area in Bergen has many excellent restaurants and bars, including some with live music. The hotel allowed my wife and I leave some of our luggage in a hotel baggage storage room while we made a multi-day side trip. The front desk staff were professional and helpful.

We would have much preferred a British-style hot water kettle, and a supply of tea bags and instant coffee, creamer, and sugar, to the provided cartridge coffee machine that functioned poorly. The hotel can hardly be blamed for weather that was atrocious, even for Norway--the rail line between Oslo and Bergen was blocked by flooding and threatened landslides while we were there, causing us to have to alter our plans. However, there were many things to do in place of our original planned excursions.

We absolutely loved the location, such a picturesque spot, the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful, we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and had one nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is very comfortable, I liked the decor. Parking was conveniently close though not ideal

Our room was very small, it had a small window onto a platform in the middle of the building, it was a very dirty space, full of bird crap and at night the seagulls were fighting right outside, I would not want guests to stay in such a room, the noise-level was impossible to ignore. While public parking is right next to the hotel, one should be aware that the place is extremely narrow and entrance and exit are the same, though only one car at a time will fit... it was a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel is in a great location for Bergen in the old historic district. Bars / Restaurants right out the front door. Location is convenient for tourists' sites. Rooms were fine and up to par for large chain hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options (no omelet station though). The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with directions and advice A nice perk is that the airport shuttle bus stops at this hotel and is about a 50-minute trip which makes it very convenient rather than using a very expensive taxi.

Nothing really not to like.

Excellent location in historic old town - easy walk into town centre and access to tram and bus network. Airport bus (expensive!) stops outside as does the public bus which is only two stops from airport tram terminal.

Arrived early afternoon to be told that we couldn't check in although our room was ready which we found a bit weird. This was because we were not Radisson Reward members. On providing our email address we immediately became members however we refused the room we were allocated as it was tiny and very dark - so much for the "upgrade" we thought we would qualify for on joining their loyalty programme. We were then given another "standard room" which was much better. The only other complaint - somewhat rudely being asked to leave the restaurant at breakfast. It finished at 10 am and while we fully understand the staff have to clear up, we did not expect to be told "you have five minutes" whilst still drinking your coffee.

The hotel is in a great location to enjoy the harbor area. It was a an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. We were able to drop our luggage in our room and go our right away to enjoy the seafood market and harbor area. We walked to the Floibanen funicular to the top of Mount Fløye and enjoyed the view and walk back down to town. The walk down is pretty steep, but it was fun. The hotel had a very nice breakfast.

The breakfast was very nice, but it would be nice if it would open 30 minutes earlier. So many people were lined up waiting to go in. We had a tour and had to rush so we could get to our tour on time.
