Excellent location. Perfect facilities. One of the most attentive and caring hospitality and staff that I ever experienced, and I travelled all over the World. Ausra, Erika, Anna and the Chef were all exceptional. 10 points is not even enough to rate this place as it deserves more. I also loved and appreciated the attention to detail, like the remembered exactly what we ate at breakfast and served us the things next day remembering the specific needs of each one (of the 4) guests. This place is a diamond and the staff makes it truly outstanding.

The staff, especially Tom and Aurora, were very hospitable and helpful! The hotel is in a gorgeous location. The rooms were very nice, the restaurant was excellent, and it was clean and well maintained. It’s definitely worth paying a little bit more for it!

Missing remote control for tv

Great and unique spot at the end of a peninsula island. Interesting history and beautiful views. Very relaxing. My only frustration was with booking.com and that my reservation was not received by the hotel.

Booking.com needs to have some sort of quality control to ensure that the hotel has the information. I called to double check the day of check in -- and they had nothing from booking.com. The hotel had a room, but if they were full, we would have had to find alternative arrangements. Not good when the booking was paid for months in advance. the hotel handled it well.
