Upgrade to family room which allowed space and independence with fridge, sink and watercooker. Breakfast buffet and restaurant The location on the waterfront with a closeby nice nature reserve. Plenty facilities

It is a huge hotel focussing on conference (my guess) which could be quite busy. A few maintenance perks in the room (window mechanism broken, socket not working) Apparently no tidying of family rooms, fresh towels were provided though. It is quite far out from Oslo centre. The bus stops close by but the ride takes 30 min.

The hotel was modern and the room was well equipped. Secure underground parking had lots of spaces. The breakfast offered a great selection and their gluten free offering was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed.

The automatic carpark didn’t pick up our number plate which caused a little extra stress and delay.

Literally everything was precisely as we could have wanted, needed or hoped for- just lovely!

We have thought about this and found only one problem - the ball point pen left by the pad of paper lasted two words and was out 😝

The hotel was located close to the water. Lovely view out the window. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was epic. All in all great value for the money.

Breakfast was excellent! Many choices and the food quality was good. Parking is not free (which is the case for everywhere in Oslo) but quite convenient and safe. Free gym and trampoline. Quiet rooms.

The room is ridiculously small for a family of four. I have to say the layout of the room makes no sense as the bunk bed is blocking the entrance. How do you suppose to pass through the literally 25cm wide corridor without hitting any furniture. The staff at the reception are nice but unfortunately they don't know anything about the restaurant - is it a buffet or a la carte dinner and what's the price. They advised us to check with the restaurant, which had caused a little bit of misunderstanding (and disappointment) with the staff at the restaurant. The pillows in the bunk bed were dirty. There were shoe-prints on them.

Beautiful room and excellent breakfast. Perfect location to attend events at Telenor Arena.

Had to request a teapot at breakfast. Plates for the hot food, which was wonderful, were cold😢 Disappointed not to have been asked if we wished to have dessert after dinner before kitchen closed.

Breakfast was the best we’ve experienced , beautiful location and the staff was helpful and very pleasant. The facility was well designed and everything was conveniently located.

Comfortable hotel with good bed. Gym on site - well equippied Great breakfast Handy to buses, easy walk to shopping centre. convenience and coffee shops close by Lovely parks nearby. Public transport from airport easy.

Dinner a little expensive but food was outstanding.

Everything was up to our expectations, room was good and the breakfast was excellent. The location suited our purpose as it was close to our family members living in Oslo. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with good sound isolation right on the shore of the Oslo fjord.

No hot water in morning. And the double bed was actually two twin beds (loosely) tied together. When people pay for double they expect double.
