Booking in was easy, the shower room excellent. Facilities were good, including the onsite supermarket. The site had many other facilities and if we had been able to stay longer, we would probably have had much better value from them. This should really be considered as a holiday destination in itself, rather than the stopover that we had as part of our bike tour of Norway. Getting to Oslo city centre was a single (inexpensive) bus ride away and should be considered if you sty here (it's probably better than your own car).

Bedrooms were on the smaller side, you need an App to get the bus tickets (but that isn't a big deal, and once you have it, it is easy enough to use). But to be clear, that isn't a TopCamp issue anyway.

The cabin is small, but for us was sufficient for one night. There are no double beds, only bunk beds, however, lower bed was wide enough for my wife and me to sleep one night. Cabin was clean, quiet and has a free parking nearby.

It says pet-friendly, however, then they charge you additionally 195 kr for bringing the pet, even though nothing special is provided for this amount. We have arrived late evening, and it is very difficult to find a cabin, since there is no good camp map that shows numbers correctly, so you have to drive around and look up for the numbers. Cabin does not have own toilette, which wasn't a problem for an overnight stay, however, all the buildings (cabin, shared toilette etc.) can be accessed and unlocked only by the phone app. So if your battery is off, you cannot enter your cabin nor the toilette. The price seems to high with respect what is in offer.

There is a supermarket in front of the cabins. We had access to a stove and all the kitchen utensils. There is a table for 4 people and a TV with channels. There are activities available for children. Golf and hiking... I highly recommend K Camp. It is worth paying more and staying in the rooms at the front of the Kiwi.

A huge campsite with a few activities for kids. Nestled in some beautiful scenery right next to a wonderful walk around a lake that’ll take your breath away, we’d definitely come back here.

The location is what it is and I didn’t necessarily dislike it but just be aware that you’re a good distance from most places you’re likely to want to see in Oslo. Download the Ruter app for public transport and you’re good to go - literally! There is a bus stop directly outside the camp site from where you can access the whole of Oslo.

I booked for a week and when I tried to amend it to stay for a shorter time they wouldn’t budge on offering any money back. so we effectively paid for 5 nights and stayed 2 due to travel plans changing last minute. I understand that’s our own fault but there was no movement from them and I thought they could have done a nice gesture with refunding a couple of nights

He had there everything what we need, fully equipped kitchen, heating, comfortable beds. Shop right next it with everything and we don’t have any issues with customers visiting it.

Receptionist wasn’t available when we needed, we couldn’t connect internet with TV, no receptionist available… I was expecting shower gel at the bathroom, any would be good. Lights were a bit tricky for us and not bright how we used to.

The staff was super friendly, we arrived later than the check-in time and they left the keys in a locked box. The cottages are nice and well equipped. The kitchen in our cottage had a dishwasher, stoves, oven and a large fridge. The beds were also comfy.

The cottage we received was quite far from the main building, so the Wifi didn't work. The nearby service building was dirty, with dirt and leaves in the bathrooms/showers.

Location

Limited hot water. They have only 20 or 30 ltrs hot water tank which is not help for 4 members shower in the same time. Keep note that travelers are to be ready in the morning and roaming the location on time. We were missed our some plans because of unavailable hot water. Camp must be inform this water situation before booking.

New and modern chalet, well equipped kitchen, very conveniently located with Kiwi grocery store on site and petrol kiosk next door. very convenient late check in with electronic key box. Nice terrace to sit outside.

The wifi was completely unusable - you’d get strong signal but can’t connect, possibly due to the sheer number of users on the network. Overall maintenance of the property was not very good - dining table was rocky, the lamp above the dining table would strike whoever was sitting below it and stood up, and one of the flush buttons was broken. The beds were very short, my 1.87m husband struggled with it.

I LIKED ALMOST EVERYTHING!!! Especially the view and the staff. There's a grocery store in the campsite premise which is very convenient.

The cabins don't have attached bathrooms. You have to walk for 5 minutes to reach the shared bathrooms.
