Location is excellent, astonishing view from the window. Room was warm and comfortable. Breakfasts were good.

Didn't understand initially that breakfast time must be booked in advance, but luckily it was not an issue.

Location is above all the best. It is right next to the central station and connected to the station by a small shopping mall. Staff are friendly.

Breakfast could be better organized. Sometimes you have to wait and give your room number, at other times there is no staff, and there was a bit of a quarrel between guests. On the third day of our stay, the fire alarm at the restaurant went off and we were left to wait outside. However, no staff ever appeared to explain or handle the situation with guests. The breakfast area has seating on various floors with limited seating on the same floor as the buffet. You have to continuously walk up and down stairs while having breakfast.

Superb location inside a mall connected to Oslo Central. Can actually walk there from the train without going outside at all, but the hotel did not tell us this and instead gave instructions to walk outside and reenter through the revolving doors (this was in winter). Room is good - everything works as expected. Has AC outlets next to the bed. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, but had the same menu every day. Would be better with some variety. Also plenty of tables in the train-themed restaurant with a nice city view. Laundry room has washing machine and dryer, and free detergent. Many halal restaurants within walking distance. There is also a halal cafe in the mall.

No English manual provided in the laundry room. For some reason the washing machine took way too long to complete, more than 3 hours. First the timer showed about 1 hour, but after an hour, it still showed 1 hour. And this went on a few times. Same experience with the dryer. In the end the wash and dry took almost overnight. But at least we were able to do laundry.

We had an early train at 0625 so could not have breakfast in the hotel. However the hotel provided us with a takeaway breakfast in bags plus coffee. I wish more hotels provided that service.

When I asked an employee about the entrance to the parking lot, they said they didn't know because they don't drive. There was no information available, and I was told that I should ask the parking lot management about the entrance to the parking lot. Also, although the hotel said that parking was available in hotel, it was not in a hotel. Also, there was no information about extra cost which is 330 kr per night. The employee who answered did not even try to ask the manager or another employee. The manager was standing right beside, but they did not care at all, so it seems that careless is the standard of hospitality at this hotel.

Very convenient location if you're using the trains to get into Oslo, and the metro/trams/buses are all right there too. And despite this, I heard no traffic from our room even with the window open. Check in was easy, staff were incredibly polite and helpful, reception is quite a comfortable/fun place to kill time before flights or if it's a bit rainy - there's colouring for kids, loads of seating, shuffle board and a tuc shop. The room had bunk beds for my 5 and 7 year old, and the bathroom was spacious and warm. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with loads of choice for my kids and me, though it is a bit of a pain to find seating where you don't have to walk miles to get the kids continuous bowls of sugar puffs.... We paid £122 for one night. Absolutely no complaints.

-access to washing machine and dryer to do your own laundry -very central -access to a decent gym -very friendly and helpful reception staff -great breakfast -plenty of PowerPoints and great lighting -elevators were responsive - no long wait times when using as there are 3 of them -option to order a breakfast to go if checking out early!

-small room - we were backpacking and didn’t have much room for our bags -later check in time, most hotels we’ve stayed at have 2pm or 3pm as check in times

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. We arived with a night train from Bergen at 6.30am and only had to walk 1 min from the train station to the hotel. At the hotel, we could do early check-in for an extra 15€ and were able to directly go into our room. The location was great: just outside the central station and within walking distance from the harbour and any touristic attraction. The breakfast buffet was massive, with a great variety of food options, served in a very cute restaurant. The hotel lobby is very cosy, and buzzing with life.

The room could have been a bit bigger.

Breakfast had great variety and was plentiful. Venue was a little crazy and difficult to find a table. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. There was a lovely lounge area at reception. Room eas clean and modern, although a little on the small side. There was tea/coffee making facilities in room. We had to depart prior to breakfast commencing on our last day and we were able to order a take out breakfast for collection as we left. (Yoghurt, fruit juice, bread, tomato, salami, cheese, liverwurst, fresh fruit and a coffee) :-) Very well located ... right at main station with shops in same building.

Room was on the small side. Pillows ... we did ask for additional and received them very quickly.
