The hotel rooms are huge and clean.I highly recommend. We couldn't believe the studio apartment will be that huge, the bed is hidden you cant see it direct as other studio ms in the country..This place has a lot of potential. I think a lot of people will enjoy the space and the level of cleaning. We will totally come back

The couch for the studio is small, this is minor but if they can put a full-size couch this place is a 9/10 and if the breakfast is fixed this place goes all the way to 10/10. The breakfast was so bad, I got sick from it .I won't recommend, for now until they improve. The restaurant area has huge potential and enough space to do wonders .Everything seem not fresh from bread,pandasal or some soup being cold when they just opened for breakfast, it doesn't make sense. There is no fruits to see, if you want you can ask and they will bring it .They put the fruits (1 fruit to be specific) at the back . PHILIPPINES has amazing fresh fruits not sure why they can't get it and put it an open for guests to see.There is a lot of improvements needed for breakfast for sure .

We were looking for accommodation for 3 weeks in the centre of Manila, in an area with some character but close to amenities. The Y2 was perfect, close to the Pasig River, and a traditional way of life, a wide variety of excellent restaurants and cafes, and a medium size mall. All of the staff, the reception staff, security guards and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. There was a good atmosphere in the hotel with a wide range of guests. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the Smart TV was new and we were able to use YouTube. We slept well. Bottled water was supplied every day. It was a corner apartment and had views of the river and most of the city from the 12th floor. A great vantage point for watching life go by and the nightscape was spectacular. The views from the roof terrace were even better - 360 degrees. The swimming pool was well maintained and a good size. A welcome place to cool off. It was a bit busy at the weekend but there were quiet periods early in the morning and weekdays. An hotel with lots of character. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the staff for their welcome and assistance. Hopefully we will return one day

The room is very spacious and comes with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and 2 TVs. They have smart TV installed unlike most hotels which have dated entertainment systems. Wi-Fi is fast and you can stream HD videos just fine on multiple devices. Location is near popular Makati jeepney routes so you can easily go around without taking Grab.

Breakfast buffet spread is limited. No tea available for breakfast and none provided inside the room as well. There were no dedicated foot towels/bath mats provided. The elevators are slow and some waiting time is always expected.

The rooms are big and clean ..The location is perfect close to everything meaning restaurants , 7/11, etc The place has huge potential..It will be our go to place

Breakfast ,won't recoif you got weak tummy - Not enough dishes if you want to make meals .The provide one pot and one pan that's it .If you need extra there is charge for it per night (incase you ask for a pot/pan for every night you have it , your going to be charged)

No guests after 10 pm allowed and ID and vaccination card is required. No matter wether you book for one or too. A real hotel is more relaxed here. The Philippines still do not get it that COVID is over.. Maybe they will never find their way back to normal.

Spacious Room, Guests are allowed to stay until 10PM, lots of food choices nearby, Cheap Condotel style around Makati. Will be staying here again for sure!

Stains on Pillow cases, They did not give me my room choice! Although they upgraded It to a 2BR DELUXE, I still want the 1BR PREMIER! Why? 'coz we're COUPLE! Why do we need 2 rooms?! Duh! Despite of early booking (a month ago), Reservation is just a fomality here. The Elevator should be monitored from time to time! It stinks!

The property is clean and presentable. Size is excellent as we were also been upgraded to a 2 bedroom from 1 bedroom premiere. The location of the property is perfect as it is located at the middle of poblacion makati. Century mall is few minutes walk as well, there is a laundry shop at the side of the hotel.

The tap in the master's bedroom was semi blocked and the toilet bowl in the second bathroom was also completely blocked ending up water overflowed from the bowl. Staff came in to have everything fixed anyway.

The service, from the security through the reception to housekeeping was unreal, amasing people and that is why you get the high score. Maybe it was not the best time for me to be there but there was a construction work going on next to the hotel and some main streets were closed. Area next to the hotel was also surrounded by unpleasant smell which was quite common in some parts of Manila. Room was good but looked better on the pictures. I could not watch my PRIME movies with TV provided, the aircondition was quite loud, but I was very happy with the size of the room and the bad was comfortable.

The place the staff and the location

I get a room in the Penthouse but the elevator is not coming up until my room.There are stairways to climb up so I can go inside our room which makes me uncomfortable because I have a problem in my leg and in my knee.

It is my 2nd time in the hotel, I like the property thats why i came back, and my boyfriend from turkey love it too ,because its clean, comfortable and the location is safe and peaceful.
