I loved everything about it here! It was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, very calming and beautiful to walk around and explore the grounds. The condo itself was nice and clean. I felt safe too! The location was within walking distance to Da Mall and the white beach or you could get a ride. You are also in walking distance to the “I love Boracay” sign, a cute spa called “Danaru Spa” and a Korean grocery store to try some cool snacks and drinks.

Be prepared to climb a lot of steps while staying here! It was a great workout haha The staff was gracious and took our heavy bags up for us

Staff were amazing helping us with baggage or anything we need, even helping us contact Kuya Jeff for activities. Very accomodating people and the view was amazing seeing the sunrise every day during our stay. The room are exceptionally clean and provide fresh towels every day. 100% would definitely go back the stairs to our room was a lot, but honestly, it's all worth it.

The staff was really nice. Although, no kettle was provided in our room, they were nice enough to provide some hot water in the kitchen so we could make some coffee. Breakfast was really delicious place is so quiet due to the location. Totally recommended!

I stayed at Ralph’s place with my three year old, my 65+ parents and my cousin in a studio with kitchenette and in a superior room for eight days. It was perfect for us. The proximity to the pool was the highlight with a kid as she had something to do right outside the door. The staff is lovely, on point and their service was very professional yet personal both in the restaurant and in housekeeping as well as at the check-in desk every day without exception. Our communication either in person or via WhatsApp during our stay was flawless. Compared to a big commercial hotel, this place is intimate enough that we started recognizing all staff and guests on our level, said hi and it felt very chill and safe. We loved the location away from noise and party Boracay, yet it was close enough to walk to station 2 and to explore station 1 and 3 and other beaches by e-trike. We actually visited more places than expected during our stay. Ralph’s Place is a fantastic home base away from home. Thank you!

We love everything about Ralph’s Place - the location (quiet and perfect for daybreak catchers like myself), the staff/owners (all were so very welcoming and we felt taken cared of), the food (good portion and worth waking up early), the houses/rooms (clean, complete kitchen/kitchenwares which save us some money from eating outside) we stayed in and the dogs (who always pays us a visit in the morning). All of it contributed for us to have a very nice first family outing! It made it all perfect. I am conflicted to gate-keep this place (which previous travellers might have done since there’s not much of review online) but this place deserves a good review from our family - they made our Boracay stay a very memorable one!

Wifi connection is slow to non-responsive

Ralph's place has provided a perfect stay for us with its super clean, well-decorated rooms. As soon as you step out of the room, you're greeted with a stunning panoramic view, surrounded by nature. The fact that Ralph's place is not located in the White Beach area offers several advantages. This side of the island is definitely cooler and quieter. Additionally, access to White Beach takes only 10 minutes on foot. The breakfast included in the room rate is exceptionally diverse and delicious. If we visit Boracay again, we will definitely stay here, and we will recommend Ralph's place to everyone around us for accommodation in Boracay. As a bonus comment, it's worth noting that Ralph's place is an environmentally friendly hotel that never uses plastic bottles, cups, or bags. Special thanks to staff :)

The staff are all friendly and the apartment is very clean. Fit even for a family of five. The view in our room is very breathtaking, which is the waters of Bulabog Beach and the Kiteboarders. Even the island dog, Tara, is very friendly and nice, always greeting and waking us up in the morning. The breakfast is very filling and I really want to give thanks to the staff for agreeing with my request for a birthday pancake for my mother. She was very touched and grateful for the simple surprise in the morning of her birthday. Thank you, Ralph's Place, for a very comfortable and stress free stay. I really recommend this if you want a place that is near the hussle and bussle but still peaceful and serene.

This isn't a dislike, but I think it would have been nice to have the pool open earlier than 8 am. Maybe 6 or 7 am. Because I always wake up early and would love to start my day with a morning swim.

We really liked the laidback vibe of the place, it was very quiet and did not feel cramped or crowded unlike other places near the Central area. Our Cliff Bungalow had an amazing view of the sea, and was more than enough space for 2 people. The Service and Cleanliness were commendable, the staff cleaned the floors, made our bed and replaced all Towels (bath, beach, and hand) everyday. We also liked the thoughtfulness behind small details, like providing enough extra toilet rolls (surprised how that's not standard for most hotels), dishwashing liquid and new sponge for washing used mugs, complimentary jug of drinking water, and even a beach bag for our towels. The staff were also very helpful, they carried our luggages up and also down the property when we checked out. There is just a bit of a climb to the Cliff Bungalow, but we were informed in advance so it wasn't really an issue for us. We liked that we were forced to do a bit of exercise everyday.

We think the doors could be improved a bit, in terms of soundproofing/windproofing. The area of the property can get very windy and at night it sometimes woke us up and gave a momentary feeling that someone is trying to get in because of the noises the glass door and windows make. Not a serious complaint but would definitely go a long way to making the stay even more comfortable! :)

I like the friendly staff and the class of people. I also like the Western style restaurant and bar.. food was excellent, Jacuzzi was nice, air conditioning was nice, staff was very patient, despite me only knowing English.. it was quiet.. More below..

Partner didn't like all the steps, but I did. The main beach was far away..mainly for my partner who was not in good shape. It offered an in-depth tropical forest rustic feeling, which is something you would not get at another hotel. Also, I noticed the architectural in the maintenance on the property was remarkable.
