Staying at Vienna House was a delight. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique industrial design beautifully blended with modern elegance. Our room was cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop indoor pool offered breathtaking views, and the sauna was a great bonus. The staff went above and beyond upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome gift: a plate of fresh fruits and walnuts. The hotel's restaurant is of high quality. The location in Manufaktura was perfect for exploring the city.

Beautiful interior design, spacious superior rooms (27 m²) with large, extra-long beds, and friendly, efficient front desk service. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a cool swimming pool overlooking Manufaktura. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Just a pity that guests under 18 aren’t allowed to use the swimming pool in the evenings. After a long car ride, our 14- and 15-year-old boys were really looking forward to a swim, but were disappointed when they weren’t allowed in. (We didn’t know this beforehand.) PS: Keep in mind that the sauna is not available in the mornings. Also, the bathroom/toilet setup is a bit odd — the toilet cubicle has a glass door and wall.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design is stylish and modern, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel features a nice spa area with saunas and a pool, as well as a well-equipped gym. The room had great soundproofing and high ceilings, which made it feel very spacious and quiet. We appreciated the little touches like the electric kettle, tea set, and mini fridge in the room. Visiting the pool and gym was a real highlight of our stay — we were lucky that there weren’t many people there at the time. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. There’s also underground parking available for an additional fee. The location is also very convenient: not far from the main street and right behind the hotel there’s a shopping mall with stores and a food court (Manufaktura).

Andel's Hotel is an icon and pride of the city. The architecture of the building is truly unique and impressive. The facilities are great and the staff is very friendly. It’s a wonderful tribute to the industrial past of Łódź, while offering world-class hospitality.

The Pool was perfect, also the rooms in industrial heritage style. Location in the former industrial area is great with all the services, shops and restaurants very close as a part of the area.

Price of breakfast seemed to me too high so I decided not to take it and provided it different way (especially as I was travelling with my 8yo daughter who really does not eat so much). It is not anything wrong just explanation and a fun fact: skipping 4 breakfasts for 2 persons allowed me to buy a new cell phone for my wife 🙂

Amazing breakfast, lovely pool, gym, and spa, and a superb bar downstairs. Suite was exceptionally good, spacious and clean. Views were great and the proximity to Manufaktura and Piotrkowska was excellent. Short taxi ride to the zoo as well ! Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire hotel - very welcoming and accommodating.

Variety of room service could be wider. The sofa bed was not very comfortable - kids complained that the springs/mechanism was sticking in their backs.

The design of the hotel and rooms is stunning. The rooftop pool and the sauna is such a lovely bonus too. It's a luxurious spot, wish we had tried the food! It's a big and super comfortable bed. Quiet and stylish.

Had to request bathrobes and when we asked for a larger size they were not very size-inclusive. They also felt quite rough, which was not the quality I had anticipated for the establishment. No slippers either. Seeing as it is a hotel with a pool and a spa, it feels like these should be provided on arrival, be of good quality and be available in all sizes. The bathroom design felt a bit dated and awkward with the toilet behind a glass door next to the shower. The room size was on the smaller end. The price for the breakfast felt steep so we ended up eating in town.

Super pleased. Room size was amazing. The whole building was lovely and artsy. Amazing shower. Comfy beds and pillows. The location is great, right in heart of the manufaktura. With lots of places to eat around and shopping. Breakfast was super good value for money. Easy parking and dog friendly, we even got little dog beds and bowls and a treat. Very good place and great value for money. It was warm and we could adjust heating to our needs.

The blankets were a bit small, considering the massive size of the bed (which was great) we had two single covers, which was not ok, but could be better.

Great location, cool building, polite, kind and helpful staff, nice art and design as interior. The fitness-rooms and swimming pool at the top floor provide a spectacular view over Lodz and the recently developed Manufaktura-site. The building and the surrounding is very interesting and tells a lot about the history of the city. Don't forget to visit the city-palace at the corner of the street!

The windows in the rooms are quite small. Unfortunately the roof terrace wasn't open while we stayed (because of the weather that was still cold). These are just minor details. After this stay we travelled further to another hotel, wished we stayed here longer.

Swimming pool - unbearable hot with weak ventilation. It was like sauna and pool in one.
