Parking great, EV charger was a bonus - should be advertised in the htl facilities. Staff were excellent, very helpful, informative and courteous. Metro so convenient, also short walk to the market and restaurants. Housekeeping service excellent, much appreciate the daily drinking water bottle 14th floor room view wonderful!

Bar ambience lacking for a 4*. However staff/servive made up somewhat for the drabness of the room, but not such a pleasant experience to relax at the end of the day with a drink. Like drinking in a village hall Bathroom ventilation insufficient, needs boosting.

Very spacious and nice room, complimentary water. View to the tiny bit of the old town of the city and Teju river. Very good breakfast, good variety of food every time - early in the morning and close to the finishing time. Free of charge luggage storage after check-out. Public transport very close - bus stop opposite the hotel and metro underneath it. Metro line has direct connection to the airport. Also small grocery store next doors. Felt welcomed when on arrival there was a personalized card and box of pastel de nata.

Only two working elevators, long waiting times to get up or down.

The room was good! After a whole day walking, we went to the hotel and felt at home. The breakfast was generous. The location is just in front of the metro station. The lobby and the restaurant were good. The staff was always ready to help. We arrived really late from the airport, and there was no problem doing the check-in.

The elevator system is a kind of complex. Many people were lost, and it was not clear when some of them were working. The breakfast line was chaotic. They should organize it by lines. On Saturday night there was no electricity for 10 minutes. It's not clear how to use the telephone to call the reception. They didn't explain how the laundry service works. So by a misunderstanding we paid the double

I stayed for four nights and had no complaints. The hotel shows some signs of wear and tear since it’s not new, but that didn’t bother me at all.

The omelet at breakfast is honestly awful. You need to fix it—either make smaller batches so it’s fresh, offer a few variations (like with veggies or chorizo), or just give people the option of plain sunny side up eggs. Also, the cheese selection is really disappointing. Portugal is known for its excellent local cheeses, but all you’re serving is bland, cheap stuff that tastes like it came from LIDL. This really needs improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon. The location is great – there’s Olaias metro station right outside the hotel, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was even an iron in the room, which was very convenient. Breakfast was generally good, and when we asked for a hot omelette, the staff kindly had one made fresh in the kitchen. Overall, a solid price-performance hotel, especially considering how efficient public transportation is in Lisbon.

The only downside was the elevator during breakfast hours – it gets quite busy and slow.

The hotel is located few metro stop from the airport, easy reachable by metro, taxi, Uber. Being close to the airport, there were a lot of air flights personnel. There is literally less than 50m away from the subway entrance and in few stops you can easily reach the city center. The nice surprise was to get 2 rooms with the hallway from the main door and the bathroom in between, therefore it was plenty of space for a family of 4. The breakfast was good and fairly varied, sometimes a bit crowded, but can manage to find a table.

Even if the room was located at a higher floor, the traffic noise from outside was high and disturbing, especially in the morning. This is due to the poor windows soundproof which can and should be easily fix by the maintenance personnel. The toilet room (separated from the main bathroom by a door) should be properly cleaned and disinfected as it always had a bad odor. The parking system can be improved because every time you want to go out you need to provide the ticket to the receptionist for validation. If it's crowded there and you are in hurry...

The hotel is modern and extremely functional. The room was equipped with everything you may need and was extremely quiet. From our window, we enjoyed a view over the city. We were on the 17th floor and the lift was fast. Breakfast had a reasonable range of choices, which were all fresh and delicious. We had dinner once at the hotel, which was very good. The location is perfect to reach the airport, Oriente train station and the town centre by underground while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Lisbon's outskirts. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Lisbon.

The bed was comfortable but creaked every time you moved. Also, if the other person tosses and turns, the whole bed wobbles. This is a minor flaw that did not prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Excellent service by the staff — always polite, respectful, helpful and smiling! Absolutely marvellous people, from the reception, restaurant and bar staff, to the people who greeted us at the door and helped with our luggage. They kindly accepted to safely store our luggage even after checkout hours, allowing us to enjoy a couple extra hours comfortably strolling around Lisbon. Food in the restaurant was delicious — the breakfast buffet was definitely worth it, offering ample of possibilities both for my husband who has a sweet tooth and for me, who prefers savoury options. We also had lunch twice in restaurant as part of our conference and once again enjoyed a variety of delicious meals catering to different dietary preferences The location — although it’s right beside a main road and in the vicinity of a mall, the hotel is actually in a quiet district, so we never had issues with noise. It’s also right above a metro, which allowed us to make use of public transportation that turned out to be very efficient and much cheaper than travelling around with bolt. The metro has a direct line to and from the airport; along that route is also the stop to a large mall and the oceanarium. The view from our room on the seventeenth floor was also beautiful. The room itself had utilities such as a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee sachets; cleanliness and comfort were also very good.

I have been coming here for 12 years. You can get here by metro (underground) from the airport, simply 8 stops. When getting off at Olaias station, exit up the escalator, scan the metro ticket through the barriers then take the escalators on the right, then up the stairs onto the street and head backwards and the hotel is there on your right. This metro station is also just one stop away from Alameda which connects you to all the main routes to the tourist places Hot hotel rooms themselves are very comfortable. Plenty of sockets, a TV, mini fridge, wifi, a kettle with sachets of nescafe, sugar, cream (checked and replaces each day). Rooms are quiet and cleaned every day. There is a restaurant on the first floor, which also hosts breakfast (I think it was 10 EUR per day). Also there is a bar on the ground floor which is open in the am, and closes at 1am each night. I was there every night to 1am on my last trip! But they serve hot and cold food from around 11am to 9pm - including things like toasted sandwiches and hamburgers. Their drinks selection is extensive - a whole host of spirits, beers, wine. The reception desk is 24 hours and they are very helpful. There is also a supermarket just up the road, a chinese restaurant just outside turn left, and a fabulous Italian restaurant - come out the hotel turn left up the hill, over the roundabout - its called Pepe & Olivias. If going Friday or Saturday you would need to book in advance.

Hotel has become very expensive in the summer - it is more designed for business people, rooms can be 150 a night in September

Nice staff, calm neighborhood, close to the subway, have a large underground (paid) garage to park your car. The wi-fi is really good! It was possible to make remote calls with video with no problems!

The toilet flush broke in the first day, but it was fixed during the next morning. There's nothing fun to do nearby, but since it is very close to the subway, it's easy to go to the historic places. Couldn't previously reserve a garage spot and there is a cost of 15 euros per day to leave your car there, so even though I was leaving on Sunday morning, I had to pay for 3 days, even staying for only 2 nights. The bed is kind of small for a couple, I'm 1,85m, my wife is 1,70m.
