The view, location and comfort. Very helpful friendly greeter at property on arrival.

The Taxi could only get us as close to rooms at street level. We then had to walk up 90 steps with luggage to arrive to the room. Graciously, the driver did help us as we had a Special needs adult with us. Would of liked to know this in advance.

Very helpful staff guided us to the location and meet with us for check in. The location is optimal with a fantastic view over the river, bridge and the city. The apartment was nice and clean with facilities as expected. There is nice cafe next to the apartment and a wine bar 5 min walk. We can only recommend the place!

It is a bit noisy because of the bridge and metro above but quite at night.

Right in the heart of it all! So close to everything and was pretty spacious for a solo traveller who spent most of the trip outdoors. Had everything I needed and the view was stunning! (Coffee place directly below too!) I read the reviews about the stairs which didn’t bother me at all but I do say this as someone who is very active so it might not be ok for others.

I was worried about having everything on my phone to unlock the building/front door instead of a key card etc as I was constantly using my phone for photos and videos in Porto so battery wore off quickly towards the end of the day and I wanted to make sure I could get in!

Apartment had all modern facilities. It was easy to access with a code. We were there mid-January and the apartment was warm enough. It did have aircon but we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable. The agency was very helpful as we arrived early and it was no problem for them. The location was close to the main tourist parts of Porto and there was a tourist office close by. The package included a free taxi which was very helpful.

It was clean, well-prepared and tidy when we arrived. Staffs are really easy to approach and friendly, introduce us to the city and tips to go to town from hotel. Staff replied messages in a timely manner which was really good. Appreciated all the help from them!

The property location is okay to find but required us to climb up stairs with suitcases, taxi wouldn’t be able to reach the doorstep. Room is close to train and a lot of seagulls so it could be bit noisy at night but it was okay for us.

The noise from the room being above ours was relatively loud during our last night (e.g., it was like people in the room were just walking insanely around and around by causing loud step noises between am 4h and am 5h30m). Anyway, the place is OK and highly recommended because of many reasons including the location-advantage, the view etc

Ordered the breakfast and, while it was tasty and delivered on time, I think I should have gone out to a close local venue for a similar priced and probably larger breakfast.

It was awkward finding the location (which is excellent) but it isn't on a main street and signage is small. It was easy to contact them and solve the problem. They were very thorough with their pre-messaging about logistics, etc and very timely in responding to questions and offering suggestions. The personal orientation was excellent once I arrived. During the orientation, they found that the TV was not working and it was late when I arrived so couldn't be fixed. They did have someone come the next day to address the problem (but it couldn't be corrected in my 2 day stay). Well supplied, clean, comfortable, great location to tourist spots...so overall a great experience.

The view is absolutely stunning, the apartment exceeded my expectations. The easiness to enter, how comfortable it is and I will definitely stay again. I recommend this place, specially if you're an influencer or like to take pictures from the view. The view of the room is perfect for this.

Unfortunately , there was no sugar on the property and just 2 coffee capsules. As myself being a high coffee drinker, was something I noticed straight away, but it's just me. For a normal person, this would probably not even be an issue!!

Love the view! It was supurb! And I really liked the apartment and the convenience it offered.

I didn't like the fact that in order to get to the location, you have to climb many many stairs, both outside from the street and inside the building to our unit. With all the luggage, this was quite difficult and there is no service to help. Any future visitor should know the large amount of stairs that need to be climbed.

Love the feeling customer comes first. All the attention the inform help and understand us as a guest. The appartement was situated near the centre and the river. Giving us a real great starting point. Clara hosted us coming in and showed us around gave valuable tips. Next door is a great coffee Breakfast Club with lovely price worth breakfast or lunch.
