The location of this apartment is fabulous and the views of the river and bridge are amazing. There is a little restaurant to one side with great service and good food and a bar that also serves breakfast to the other. Very convenient! If you are walking up into town and have a hard time with stairs, go through the tunnel and walk up one of the streets from there or take the funicular.

The bed is really hard and pillows are small and only one per person.

A very nice, quiet location by the river and close to lots and bars and restaurants, also a great view of the bridge. The apartment was exactly as seen in photos and described. Very clean, a good shower, lots of hot water, kitchen area had enough crockery for breakfast and snacks. We didn't cook any meals. 2nd floor, no lift. We had a very comfortable 5 nights stay. RVA agency staff were especially friendly and helpful, would recommend booking with them.

Can't complain about anything. It is an traditional building, tall and narrow and does lack natural light in the kitchen area and loft bedroom, but we did not spend lots of daytime in the accommodation.

Once we found the office to collect the keys the staff could not have been more helpful, warm and friendly. The apartment is beautifully decorated and presented, more than enough room for the two of us and could happily accommodate four people. It is in one of the best places in Porto with magnificent views of the Luis bridge, access the waterfront on both sides and adequate transport to all other areas of the city. We did not get the notification beforehand that we were to collect the keys at another address so went straight to the apartment. This was a little irritating, I missed several calls due to being unaware of the situation and not having my mobile on as we were still travelling. It wasn't easy to find our way to the office as we were new to Porto so really not the best first impression, the cleaner who helped us was wonderful so many thanks to her. It always felt a little concerning outside, sometimes the people in adjacent buildings hanging out and a little scruffy but do not let this put you off, we came to no harm.

the only issue was the shower drain was blocked; water wouldn't go down. I don't know how the establishment wouldn't know this if the cleaning service did their job. The cleaner should've experienced the blockage and informed establishment. An individual came out after i went to reception office and paid my bill and told them the issue but needed a professional plumber to "snake" the drain. Solution was provided to move into another unit, but i didn't want the hassle of moving

The apartment has a lovely aspect facing the river. It's just off the busy waterfront bar area which makes it easy to access night life yet quiet and accessible. The staff gave an informative introduction to the city with a map. Everything is within walking distance so we did not have to worry about transportation.

The reception office is a bit of a distance from the apartment (about 10 mins walk) which is not too convenient when lugging big heavy bags around. The lighting in the apartment can be better.

Great location, beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were so very helpful. On arrival found the pillows were not plump enough so messaged to see if could have some extra and they arrived straight away. Loved that we could leave bags at the office round the corner too before and after check in so didn’t have to carry them around the city.

Could be a little noisy first thing in the morning due to its location right on the river and main route for traffic. Only one mirror in the bathroom so could do with another so getting ready easier for 2.

We arrived early and dropped our bags at the office. Ana was welcoming and friendly-great first impression and made us feel like we were visiting a friend. She gave us lot of info about the city, including the map with her handwritten recommendations. The location is fantastic and so is the view from the window. Anywhere you go, you will be coming back home downhill, which is a plus when you are tired after long day of exploring Porto. The cafes and small restaurants are just outside of the entrance door.

Early arrival is not convenient, because the office where you store your luggage until the unit is ready is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The dining/living area is quite dark, because there is no window. The bed is not very comfortable.

We really liked the appartment and its location. It was really easy to visit all places by walking and we had several convenience stores close to the place, so this was also helpful.

It would have been nice to have some coffee, sugar, oil for cooking that are quite basic stuff that we wouldn't buy for a 3 days stay, but other than that, we really loved the place and I recommend it for families and friends.

The apartments are generally good, the location is good. The renovation is quite new. One of the apartments is two-story - not very good for a child. The second apartment has 2 steps inside the room - it is easy to fall at night (and we fell) for both adults and children.

It was unpleasant to discover that in the apartment there were no basic consumables in the kitchen - no salt, no sugar, no oil - we had to buy everything in the store in kilograms. Also there is no capsule coffee machine - none of us drink filter. We travel often - and usually, all these things are present.

I just love this apartment and its location! The room is very clean and spacious, it's beautifully decorated and has a mini kitchen with cooking hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, the view from the balconies were amazing! It's just a short walk to the funicular station, the Dom Luis I Bridge and a bus stop which you can take the bus 901 or 906 to Sao Bento Station. The staff is super friendly too, they helped me with my delayed baggage and gave me guides for transportations and buying stuff, thank you so much!
