Location. Spacious living area, comfortable shower.

Not enough towels, pillows, kitchen towels, small fridge located too low. Unable to work stove top. Felt harassed by host over the payment of taxes.

Location, Location, Location was in a wonderful location on the river with views of Ponte Luis 1 bridge. Also was close to the restaurants and cellers.

Communication at beginning was a little hit and miss. We were sent the electronic checking in form on the day we were arriving. The form could have been sent a few days before and the entry instructions at the same time

Location was Great! Clean and comfy bed. Check in was easy once we received the door codes.

No paper products {paper towels or napkins} to get you started. Had trouble locating the second bathroom. It was behind a closed door that seemed to be locked - thought it was a storage room for the owners. Finally realized it was not locked on day two. Cleaning crew should leave that door open to avoid confusion. The stove top quit working on the second day - error code that could not be undone. The tv remote was missing for the living room tv. An instruction manual for the appliances should be provided.

We came from Bristol at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday and the staff were brilliant and allowed us to check in early. So we had the apartment from 11:00 even though check-in should be 3:00. So very helpful staff couldn't recommend them more. Their communication before and during was great too. The location is excellent. The apartment complex is great for city breaks and there was also a safe for belongings.

Be aware of the top floor apartment, with the terrace at the back is quite dark. Great to have two bathrooms but if there were more than two people staying there's only a small sofa to sit on downstairs.

Excellent location, easy access to funicular, walking distance to many restaurants by the river and excellent views of the bridge. Susana was very helpful in tracking down the bag - which we accidentally left in the cab. Excellent host.

Only suggestion - Please have a different codes for the main entrance and apartment.

Apartment was in an ideal location. Very secure and had onsite lockers so you could leave your cases after check out.

Apartment was not ready on arrival even though it was well over an hour after the checking in time. Had to leave our cases and then return later. Downstairs shower cubical very compact. Only 3 patio chairs with table and the apartment had 2 bedrooms therefore accomodating at least 4 people.

The unit we had was spacious. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The kitchen had a good variety of plates, bowls, pots, and pans. It was easy to stock up on some food and prepare a few meals in the apartment. There is a cafe and a restaurant just a couple doors down for other casual meals or snacks.

The apartment is at the river level of the city. It is fun to watch the boat traffic. Plus, it is convenient to the night scene near the base of the big bridge (the former city docks area). That is great. But the Cathedral and other attractions are uphill. The Funicular dos Guindais is close by. It is worth the 4 Euro for the ride up!

Location was superb! We could walk everywhere, return to the apartment and go back out. The management and organisation were superb. They helped us daily. They organised the airport shuttle service, which was worth it for piece of mind. The cleaners were helpful. The views are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed Porto. Just be aware that these apartments have wooden floors and be mindful of the quiet hours during the night.

- View of the bridge from the window and balcony - 4-5 minute walk to the Ribeira - keyless access, and safety of apartment - lockers available after check out time, big enough for large luggage - responsive staff - air conditioning/heating - baby cot provided

- layout is a bit tricky, area around the spiral stairs a bit of hazard - be aware of the spiral stairs and wide gaps between slats. if you have young children , need to actively monitor them. would have been great to have some baby gates of some sort but I also don't expect the apt to cater to everyone.
