The staff here are fantastic. I made a mistake with my booking and they were very helpful and flexible on allowing me to change my booking even though it wasn't permitted in Booking.com. The hotel itself is quite nice in a classical sense. The room we had was big and comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings was also nice with a decent spread.

The only thing missing in the room for me was the option of a mini fridge just to keep water cool. Other than that, everything was great.

Room was nicely decorated and reasonably spacious. Nice outdoor balcony. Comfortable bed, pillows. Bathroom was fine. Very central location allowing us to walk to many sites and good restaurants for dinner. Breakfast had minimal but acceptable options and was restocked frequently. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Free parking in rear or in front of hotel in public lot was appreciated.

Thin walls, I could hear men peeing from two adjacent rooms. Small balcony. A simple partition between the balconies, now you can see what people are doing in the neighboring rooms.

Extremely clean, close to everything, plus Furnas is heaven of parking lots! The room was big enough.

If your room faces to the street, it can be really noisy daytime. The AC is old, and I could not turn on heating to dry my clothes :( The walls are thin, so you can hear all noise from the other rooms (using bathrooms mostly). The breakfast is basic, but okay.

The staff was friendly and helped me with a minor issue I had. They offered advice about the town, things to do and logistics. The hotel was well situated to walk to gardens, hot springs, restaurants, and grocery stores. Off-street parking was helpful. The breakfast was very good: breads, yogurt, granola, fruit, meats and cheeses. A very nice place to stay!

The location is right in the centre of Furnas, walking distance from the Caldeiras and Terra Nostra. The breakfast was a continental buffet. The room was small but clean with a balcony with a nice view of the mountains around Furnas.

The hotel is next to a main road, which made sitting on the balcony a bit uncomfortable, although there didn't seem to be any traffic in the night and it was quiet when it matters.

Fantastic location in central furnas close to supermarket opposite and gorgeous church close by. Everything in walking distance. Great breakfast and really beautifully kind hosts. Room had a balcony with mountain view overlooking mini courtyard. Really grateful for it all 🙏🏼

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good. It is ideally located walking distance to everything in the village. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was nice with a different cake each day. The location was very good for the Caldeira and other sights of Furnas. The room and bathroom were both quite large. The balcony was nice to sit and relax.

Great location in the heart of Furnas, with on sight parking. Hosts were helpful with restaurant and touring tips. Continental breakfast with a freshly baked treat each morning! Parque Terra Nostra, markets, restaurants easy walks.
