It must be my 4th or 5th visit to this hotel so I think this this is proof enough that I like to stay there. For me is like being home but in Azores. Staff is super friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good in my opinion. The parking in the backyard is very convenient for parking your car at any time. In the surrounding you are going to find good restaurants. The room itself if quite comfortable and you will have everything you need during your stay in São Miguel Island. Totally recommend this place.

As I had to work one of the days the WIFI was not working very well, I just ask them to restart the router and everything started working fine. Just a minor issue.

The location is excellent – just 30 minutes by car to almost any part of the island. • There’s a beautiful promenade right along the hotel, perfect for walks with ocean views. • The hotel is walking distance to several great restaurants with buffet menus, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes. • Rooms were very clean, with comfortable pillows and high-quality mattresses – we slept really well. • And most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

It’s a 1 minute walk from the ocean. There’s plenty of parking space (visit end of October). Room cleaning everyday, beach towels available, friendly staff who prepared early breakfast for us and were just super nice. 12 minute drive from Ponta Delgada downtown.

For breakfast more options for fruits would have been nice. It’s very hard to air dry clothes in the rooms, the air is quite moist due to proximity to ocean. We were overall very satisfied with our stay.

It's a very cozy hotel with all amenities you may need. Very well located out of the capital (Ponta Delgada), but close enough for a quick car ride. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so if if you need one you should probably look somewhere else. Everything was good, room, bathrooms, common places. All the staff members were very friendly and great with us, especially with our daughter.

Simple but curated hotel, very clean and comfortable, deserves more than 2*. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, delicious breakfast too! It was honestly a great experience! Highly recommend to get a car as it is not in Ponta Delgada, but anyways a vehicle is necessary in the Azores.

Shower was semi-open so the water would go a bit everywhere. Ensure you place the mat properly and maybe an additional towel to avoid this.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The price was very good. I could see the sea and hear the waves at night. The breakfast buffet was very good and she will make espresso on request. The room has a proper key so you feel safe, unlike a lot of the new robo-hotels on the island

Everything was good for me, but the stone stairs are very big, so it's not the choice for someone who struggles with stairs.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We had a view of the Ocean which was amazing to wake up to. The location was great, very central to many sites, very close to many restaurants. We loved that there was a boardwalk right on the ocean that we could walk every night. The breakfast each morning was good. Air conditioning worked really well.

The only thing that was tricky was the humidity from the ocean, but that was not the hotels fault. Air conditioning helped to remove some of the moisture.

Amazing spot with parking right on the shore, very peacefull and quiet in the night, staff super friendly and helpful. As a place to stay, enjoy the island by car - something like a home-atmosphere basecamp is totally AMAZING.

No vegetables for breakfast

The location only 10 min from Punta Delgada was very central and ideal for discovering the island. The lady at the recepción was the most helpful and friendly. The room was kept simple but had all we needed for our short stay. The breakfast was very basic but had something for everyone. The beds were the most comfortable we had while travelling around the Azores.

The shower took a little while to heat up.

Friendly staff. Place with good price-performance. Decent & clean rooms. Parking lot in the backyard was useful and each evening space was available.

On my checkout day I left very early. Staff was considerate and provided me with a breakfast the evening before (yoghurt, butter was not placed in the fridge). Even a water kettle was included: however anything I could brew (coffee or tea) was missing. Nice thought anyway. Room on the first floor (corner of the building) was a bit loud at night.
