Staff were very pleasant ,friendly and helpful.Comfortable large bed and quiet room.

Whilst bar food is available and of good quality we felt the lack of a a la carte menu in a 4 star hotel disappointing. A daily set menu is only available for the restaurant which limits ones choice considerably. Many people have mentioned the breakfast and especially the poor quality scrambled eggs.How can a chef do that to a simple egg? The suite room could benefit with a television in the seating area and not just the bedroom.

Very friendly personel, good luggage storage, The breakfast was very nice, especially the pancake-machine was favorite of my children! There is also a excursion desk at the hotel

The swimmingpool on the roof... for such a big hotel, it is really a small pool with a sign maximum of 4 (!) people at one time in the pool... There is another pool inside but it is obliged to wear swimcaps. No help with carrying luggage Very far from city-center 30 minutes walk. Would be nice to have local products at breakfast such as pineapple

The breakfast was great in terms of variety! I’m glad they accommodated for people with allergies. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

I’d prefer if the vegetarian/vegan options were separated from the other options. The mushrooms and eggs were a little bland. I was hoping there were things like a kettle or an iron in the room but unfortunately not.

we like the Hotel, the room was great, the reception was great, the bar was excellent.

i had breakfast every day, mostly cereal and fruit, pancake. Coffee was great. What we didn't like was scramble eggs and bacon was not cooked properly. cream cheese (like Philadelphia) should be on the table people love to spread cream cheese on the bolo levedo or english muffin. Please upgrade these foods. Thanks

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was really helpful, the spa is well worth the cost (in '23, <10€), and the bar/restaurant was not only great but not too expensive. If you're planning to explore and your comfortable walking, the location is ideal. Additionally, it is a great location for taxi pick-ups and drop offs because it is pretty central.

Unfortunately, likely due to the high humidity in Ponta Delgado, the gym equipment (iron) was in rough shape and required significant caution (lots of rust). Separately, it would have been nice to have the option for room service. The hotel didn't offer a shuttle service, but had a partnership w/the local cab company. This was fine, but the 6 minute ride to the airport ended up being pretty expensive (~20€). Not the hotels fault, but it'd be worth exploring shuttling options and/or guest discounts.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The location is a bit outside the city center, but still within walking distance. There is a grocery store and a few bakeries nearby. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but you can park for free on the street. If all parking spots are taken, I noticed that there are quite a few available in the nearby streets as well.

The breakfast/dinner and service was on point, room was clean and quiet with a great view of the sea. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was comfortable and close to supermarkets

The coffee machines take a very long time to make your chosen beverages, resulting in long queues. Also the coffee itself was not that great, The pool upstairs is very small

The rooms were bigger than I was expecting, also mentioning the bathrooms. Everyone was warm and welcoming.

The room was excellent but we didn't have plugs on the wall beside our beds, though it was under the table. The breakfast didn't have a lot of stuff to eat, but it was enough to keep us full. The rooftop pool was tiny and the doors were locked so we didn't end up there but there is a pool in the negative first floor available.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and the beds comfortable. The hotel was clean and neat but needed a decor upgrade as it looked a bit dated but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was pretty alright considering we stayed at one another hotel and they had a similar spread. Nothing great but adequate. The staff however were very helpful and they even offered to make us packed breakfast in case we need it.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always willing to assist with a smile. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is a sprawling property with varied amenities.

The property is located 1.6 km from the city centre making it difficult to wander in and out of the downtown core. There are very few alternative places to eat and shop near the hotel. Also, the hotel's paid parking was expensive.
